I am using the site whatifsports.com to decide who the greatest NFL teams of all-time are. I used the 30-team scheduler from www.justissports.net to make the schedule. The teams are divided into divisions based on the 1996-1998 alignment. I picked what I considered the greatest year for each franchise (eg. 2009 Saints, 1985 Bears, 1999 Jaguars, etc.) and put them in this schedule, then used whatifsports.com to simulate the schedule and the playoffs. The championship game is known as the Ultra Bowl. So far, I have made 6 Ultra Bowl logos. Feel free to post any new Ultra Bowl logos here! I use MS Paint, so please excuse me if you don't like the logos. Anyways, if you want to design Ultra Bowl logos, here are the locations for each Ultra Bowl.

I: New Orleans

II: Miami Gardens

III: Atlanta

IV: Jacksonville

V: Tampa Bay

Which ones do you think need and don't need revising?

They all do. I see where you were going with some. I'd use more prominent aspects of the cities. For the Phoenix one, make a desert theme. With cacti, or like snake patterns. I think you were going with the clay hut things?

Also, when you post the concepts paste the one with the %7Boption%7D things around them

Which ones do you think need and don't need revising?

All of them and none of them, respectively.

It looks like you've decided that the roman-numeral has to be comprised of the primary elements of the logo, which seem to be either regional cliches or host-team derived. That's not a sound design decision. It shows creativity and imagination, but it's just not going to result in professional-looking aesthetically-pleasing logos. Look at most of the SB logos for inspiration. Other than the recent example of the pylon being a roman numeral, I can't think of one off the top of my head that was designed like that... and for good reason.

Don't jump ship just yet; like the actual Super Bowl logos, the Ultra Bowl logos will get better as they progress. Like I said, I use MS Paint, and I don't have PhotoShop.

I'm confused. You ask for feedback, and which ones you should revise. Then say that they'll get better... almost like the crudness is intentional. If it is, that's fine, but then don't ask for feedback if you already plan on designing better logos later.

Also, stop saying that you use Paint. Nobody is going to feel bad for you. Paint has nothing to do with the concept. The execution, sure. But the actual concept is the same whether you use Illustrator, Inkscape, Paint, pencil / paper, etc. There's lots of ways to work around the limitations of Paint too, as long as you're patient, which if you're not, you're probably not going to succeed as a designer.

Number one rule here, paint is NEVER an excuse. Trust me, I use paint and if you learn the program, you can make really great stuff. Right now it seems like you do not know the program well enough to create prestentable work. Go back, do some logos for practice, and when you truly believe that you have proffesional looking concepts, post them. However I will say that I enjoy the idea, and of course the Giants are the greatest NFL team ever!

It's football, Chuck!

Are you thinking I meant the San Francisco Giants?

I was referencing "Backyard Football".

Oh ok, I wasn't thinking about my member title.

That's what that's from. And here I thought it was Andy Richter.
