Let Jeter and Co. take the Marlins wherever and move the Rays personnel (Players, Ownership, FO, etc) to Miami to become the “new” Marlins. They at least have a well run organization and thus may be the only hope of saving baseball in Florida. And the league can’t abandon Miami altogether after finally getting a new stadium. This way the better of the two is playing in it and fans will finally have a reason to show up and watch.

The Atlanta Braves play in Cobb County. The San Francisco 49ers play in Santa Clara. The New York Giants and Jets play in New Jersey, for crying out loud. The Los Angeles Angels may be the least "disingeuous" of any team who plays outside the city/state limits of the region they're named for.

I think if Virginia Tech and Virginia are able to split up (the state government has a mandate, law or whatever saying they can't unless both go to bigger conferences or something to that effect), Virginia Tech would go to the SEC. They're the bigger draw and the SEC is the better conference. It was a possibility a couple years back that the Big 10 may go after Virginia which would allow VaTech to go the SEC.

Why did you put Mizzou in every name? Missouri-Columbia is the only school that uses it. And also, it's not much of an idea. Anybody can make a list of all the public schools in a state, nevermind that they're in various division levels.

There is absolutely no logical rationale to your changes. Why is Colorado taken out of the PAC-12 in favor of Baylor? How does that make sense? Or why was Boston College removed from the ACC? Or Wyoming put in MAC when it's closest conference opponent is Northern Illinois? Every change you made was just random nonsense.

Kings got a new arena deal. They aren't going anywhere. And the Clippers aren't dumb enough to leave the second largest market for a market that previously lasted less than 10 years. Those are just a couple glaring issues with this plan.

This is way too complicated. They will never go by "Conferences" instead of "Leagues". Nor ever go by division names like Atlantic or Pacific or the cheesy-as-hell Metro.Go straight NL/AL with divisions East, West, Central/North/South.

My only thing is that it seems series' are getting preferenced over single concepts. I'm in no way taking away from those chosen because they are definitely some of the most deserving. But there are guys, like Buc and BrandMooreArt who put out awesome pieces of work, just not always in a series. I just hope they don't get overlooked.
