All they'd have to do is change the black to white and then the white lettering to black.

They have one jersey (and hat) with black. They don't need to add black into anything else.

The umpire behind the plate on Friday's game was damn near perfect. I was watching it on Apple TV+, and I don't think I saw one ball not called correctly based on the box they had up. Never saw anyone complain or anything. And I think he was a rather younger, newer-to-MLB umpire. Then you have Angel Hernandez, who's never actually even bothered to learn the strike zone in his 30+ years as a major league umpire, no matter how infamous he's become for being bad.

What really shows off the size of this guy's misplaced ego is how he never even attempts to improve. I actually think he may know how bad he is, but rather than getting better, he looks at it as his chance at fame. But that may be giving his intelligence level too much credit. Either way, something has to be done.

Vegas, Nashville, possibly Montreal... there very well could be viable markets that an already-established, on-field successful team, could be financially successful in.

I was about to ask what you wanted Cardinal fans to do. I don't like the Reds, as a rival fan, but I feel for their players and fans with what the ownership has become. They deserve a lot better. I'd rather hate them because our respective teams are battling it out. Give me having us argue and bicker immaturely over Yadi-Phillips or Yadi-Castellanos any day over this crap.

Ok, say "I don't watch baseball" without saying "I don't watch baseball". The Rays have been one of the most successful on-field teams over the last 14 years. This is a reflection on the market and/or the stadium, not the team. You put them in a market with a legitimate fanbase, and they'll be fine. The A's have such a history of outperforming expectations, so the same could be said for them. Granted, they tend to dismantle rather quickly, but somehow always seem to be in the playoff hunt. Again, put them in a better market and they'll be fine as well.

To be fair, that's on a Tuesday night. I haven't worked there in almost 13 years, but I know Tuesday's weren't exactly the biggest draw... so, Oakland seems even worse.

It would probably be put on the left side of the chest, opposite the swoosh. I could see them customizing future event patches to fit in this space if necessary. Teams like the Cardinals, who don't wear sleeve patches, could probably still wear an event patch on the sleeve. However, if they need two, with an ad on the right and an event on the left, the higher up bird on the bat may pose a real estate issue.
