Las Vegas is basically the Thanos of pro sports, because they want to collect all of the major league sports teams, like Thanos did with the Infinity Stones. They weren't content with the NHL so they wanted an NFL team. Once they got an NFL team, they weren't content with that either, and now they want an MLB team. Once they get the A's, they will want an NBA team and an MLS team and won't be completely satisfied until they have an NHL, MLB, NBA, NFL and MLS teams but even then, they probably want more. Sooner or later, this will all end up backfiring for Las Vegas.

Dallas Atlas is not a great name, but a better name than Panther City FC (which by far is the stupidest name ever for a lacrosse team).

Loved that series for one reason: One team was going to win their first ever Stanley Cup but also the celebration afterwards was great from Alex Ovechkin.

he's doing the reverse Rob Manfred. Manfred: "Oakland is not a viable MLB city, and the league should have no problem accepting the A's move to Las Vegas. If I have to I will talk to the Nevada Legislature to push to finalize the stadium deal" Bettman: "Phoenix is a viable NHL city. Whichever city in the area they go next I will talk to city officials to make sure an area deal is done" -

One of my favorite things about professional sports is a first time league champion and we're getting that in the NHL and hopefully the NBA.

Casey Pratt said that new ownership could speed up the Howard Terminal Ballpark if the new ownership decided to focus only on the ballpark and then focus on the development of the rest of the land later.

Angel Stadium could be interesting. It's either stay there and build around the stadium or go elsewhere in the Greater Los Angeles Area, maybe to Long Beach.

Both the NBA and NHL will have a team from Miami in their respective league finals.

New Jersey isn't happening either. Philly is a maybe, because a potential darkhorse option is Villanova if the Linc, Subaru and Franklin Field are no. Villanova only seats 12,000 people, so I don't know how the USFL feels about a stadium that small. If Villanova is too small though, then Philly isn't happening. Out of the teams not playing at home who is most likely to get a home venue for 2024 is New Orleans if they can get a deal with Tulane.
