jc...
I know you do work for the Gridiron Uniform database. Any thought of doing other league fields? Like the CFL or old USFL fields etc. I'm sure you have enough on your plate already. Haha.

We haven't even caught up to present day with the CFL yet. But we do have old USFL fields up on the USFL database here: https://www.gridiron-uniforms.com/GUD/USFL/controller/controller.php?action=main @SFCOM1 has done all of the original USFL fields, and has a thread on this site here: On 12/22/2022 at 5:00 PM, Wackyriderfan14 said: The Vikings have pics on their site https://www.vikings.com/photos/winter-whiteout-field-painted-2022#c9caf747-432c-4c59-a771-7c84dc94a4d0 Thanks! I want to try to get this done before the holiday's start getting too busy. Otherwise, I may have to catch up later. Not too difficult of a field to update from their usual. 1 Quote The Gridiron Uniform Database Simulation League (GSL)

pitt6pack
Fields from Wild Card Weekend. Standard designs for most teams. 49ers Red painted endzones, with red outlined numbers, which is what they did a couple years back Jaguars Kept the painted endzones from week 18, but also outlined the 20 yard lines. Some residual red paint was still visible around the 3's Bills 3's still painted blue Vikings Standard field design Bengals Standard field design Buccaneers Red painted endzones, as done for the playoffs last season I don't expect much change from the Bills or 49ers fields. I expect the Eagles will outline the numbers and 20's/50. The Chiefs likely to go standard field design, but would not be surprised if they did a throwback of some kind. 2 Quote The Gridiron Uniform Database Simulation League (GSL)
pitt6pack
Cincinnati Bengals 2003-2007 I'm not posting all fields from 2003 to 2007, just enough to show design changes. Full set here: https://gridiron-uniforms.com/fields/controller/controller.php?action=view-team-all&team_id=CIN&city=Cincinnati&name=Bengals 2003 Last season with grass for the Bengals. The endzone wordmark is interesting, because it doesn't match any official team wordmark. 2004-2005 Introduction to the turf field and the endzones we see today (although, the endzones were redone in 2018) 2006-2007 NFL logo added at the 25s 2 Quote The Gridiron Uniform Database Simulation League (GSL)
neo_prankster
What year did the Bengals start using the tiger striped end zones at Cinergy Field? I could've sworn there were some years that the Bengals left the 50 yard line blank towards the beginning of Paul Brown Stadium. RayFinkle
I am old enough to remember when teams put NOTHING on their fields. LOL. No logos, no designs, no NFL shield, no painted endzones,......yuck.

I do know that in Madden 2004 (my personal favorite) the Bengals endzones in the game are black stripes all the way across, going the full depth of the endzone, with an orange outline. That was based off the 2002 season, and that's pretty consistent with images online of the 2002 season. Not sure if the stripped endzones go back further than that. 1 Quote The Gridiron Uniform Database Simulation League (GSL)
jc...
Here is a photostream from flickr from a 1999 Bengals game against the 49ers. The last season at Riverfront. pitt6pack
A couple different designs through the year in 2001 and 2002, but I'll get the basic ones. 2001 Kickoff 2001 Early season 2001 late season - 2002 2002 kickoff 1 Quote The Gridiron Uniform Database Simulation League (GSL)
pitt6pack
Lastly for Paul Brown Stadium 2000 2000 - Week 16 A good old snow game to finish off the season. The orange outline certainly helped in showing the field boundaries. 2 Quote The Gridiron Uniform Database Simulation League (GSL)

Pretty cool to see white end zones. Can't remember if I have ever seen that before. Steelers had a great look for their end zones late during this season, maybe the last two home games or so? Painted yellow, Conference Logo, and I think the NFL Shield. THAT is a proper end zone!
pitt6pack
I think I'm finally done with all the striped Bengals fields with these last two (those stripes were a major pain) 1997-1999 Bengals Early Season (During Baseball Season) After Baseball 1 1 Quote The Gridiron Uniform Database Simulation League (GSL)

pitt6pack
Fields from the divisional round Kansas City Pretty standard for them. I expect the same next week. Philadelphia Went with black number outlines instead of green, while using a green endzone. Does not happen to often for this combo. We can probably expect the same for next week. Buffalo The snow was the main difference from last weeks field, otherwise, everything else remained the same San Francisco No changes from last weeks field 1 Quote The Gridiron Uniform Database Simulation League (GSL)
pitt6pack
1993 Cleveland Browns The Browns logo from the Steelers and Broncos games had crossed my path a couple of times, so I gave it a go, then ended up doing the rest of the 1993 fields to finish off the year.
