bipolarbear Posted November 29, 2004 Share Posted November 29, 2004 wow, houston, new york giants, carolina, cincinnati, atlanta, and denver all wearing good looking jerseys today. texans - the red alternate would have to be one of the best looking jerseys in the league. it all comes down the the number outline being darker than the jersey base color and number color. it's very sharp looking.giants - eh, it was weird. but good for one game a year.carolina - beautiful color, their black jerseys are ugly.cincinnati - only because their other two jerseys are so godawful, this is the lesser of the three evils.atlanta - of course they wore black all last season, but i liked the all black for some reason. usually i don't.denver - see texans, another sharp light/dark/light progression, plus the broncos belong in orange!honorable mention - the cardinals lucky all red vs. the jets lucky green pants...something had to give. Texans: I think they pull off the alternate very well. Not the best, but pretty close. Thumbs UpNYG: I wanted to see what it looked like on the field, and I decided that the blue helmet and the red jersey just clashed too much for me. Thumbs down.Carolina: If it weren't for my disdain for the rest of the NFC South, I'd say those were some pretty awesome unis. Most of the others are OK (except Cinci, which has destroyed itself white, black and orange and the Giants) Disclaimer: If this comment is about an NBA uniform from 2017-2018 or later, do not constitute a lack of acknowledgement of the corporate logo to mean anything other than "the corporate logo is terrible and makes the uniform significantly worse." I was wondering y when I was playing Washington it kept switching to the Redskins throwbacks. But it was a week or 2 off. We played the Giants this week. And I had them wear their red jerseys.
