bigcoyotes
I made this helmet one day on paint and it turned out good.

Cujo
I like the idea of going back to the spear, but without the stripes.
GeorgesL
I'd get rid of the stripes, but keep the gold facemask.
Carter23
as a skins fan, i like it, but wouldn't change the current helmet for anythinggood job though

VirginiaTechSucks
I agree as a diehard Redskin fan I love it too, darken the maroon to the throwback colors, remove the stripes and I would buy it for sure.
DarthMan
i like it except you should do a deeper red "We have nothing to fear except fear itself."
bigcoyotes
I darkened the red and lightened the yellow. I also keep the stripes because I like them. It looks really cool to me.
quantum
I like the 2nd version, although I'd like it better if you'd lose the stripes. "One of my concerns is shysters show up and take advantage of people's good will and generosity".
VitaminD
I like the darker version (#2), I could go either way on the stripes. "Start spreading the news... They're leavin' today... Won't get to be a part of it... In old New York..."In order for the Mets' run of 12 losses in 17 games to mean something, the Phillies still had to win 13 of 17. RickV
Say yes to the spear, no to the stripes.
bigcoyotes
I like the stripes they add something to the helmet.
BBTV
I like the stripes they add something to the helmet. The stripes destroy the motion that is supposed to be conveyed in the spears. Its your concept, so by all means keep them if they make you happy, but IMO they do not help at all. VitaminD
Try a stripeless version. I understand your intent, melding the current stripes with the throwback spear. But if you keep the gold facemasks, I think people would understand the tie-in with the present helmets. "Start spreading the news... They're leavin' today... Won't get to be a part of it... mustangdmg
Nice looks. But I like the current helmet as it is. Everybody knows what's the current logo on the helmet means, the Washington Redskins. It's an unique logo. I like the spear but it's too common. You wouldn't believe how many high schools across the US have the spear look on their helmets of so many different colors.
