jkrdevil
Once again don't save them as a bmp. When you save them in paint click the arrow next to the file type and then select .gif or .jpeg. Then it won't be so small.

LEWJ
Is the home jersey colored cream or am I seeing things? It is cream--ish, I meant to make it kinda throwback--Vintage Looking. Should I change it to just plain white?? bulldogbarks55
Nice work. The only thing is the two-color sleeve end trim doesn't go with the plain piping around the neck and down the front. Change it to piping on the sleeve ends on both sets. For an alternate try the Cardinals script from '56 with the batting-stance bird on the sleeve. BlueSky
Like 'em. One suggestion for the away jersey: add the "birds on the bat" front logo like the home jersey has and hang the "S" in "St. Louis" on it the way the "C" in "Cardinals" is on the homie. Moser316
Why does everybody who does a Cardinals concept feel the need to put "St. Louis" on their away jerseys? It doesn't balance correctly against the birds on the bat (which you left out, for shame) and it's been out of circulation for so long that it really doesn't resonate the same as the "Cardinals" script with the birds on the bat... BBTV
Honestly, I think it is a great looking script. Sure, you lose the bat, but I think that it is more important to preserve it in the home jersey than road. You could put one cardinal on the upper left chest and I think it would look OK. VitaminD
As much as I love the Cardinals uniforms, the homd and road are too similar. If they ever wanted to make a change, this would be the way to go - they really underuse the "St. Louis" script. And if you really wanted to add the elements of the home jerseys, you could use the bat as an underline beneath "St. Louis", or perch a cardinal on top of the dot on the lowercase "i" in "St. Louis", kinda like the way the Orioles placed their bird on their logo. leggman01
i'm not digging the pink-ish home's or the fact that they are so small, otherwise they are solid have you tried saving as a .png?what happens if you paste the image directly into your post rather than making it a link?how about using imageshack instead of photobucket if it continues to re-size to such a small and hard-to-see size?your concepts might be great...most of us don't know because we don't carry a magnifying glass with us at all times

It almost causes an optical allusion making the L appear to be dropped. LEWJ
Thanks for all the comments and critisism. I'll make a pair of Homes that are white instead of the "peachy-brown-cream" I will also make an Away jersey with the birds and bat. (I will also keep the current one's I've made) | BROWNS | BUCKEYES | CAVALIERS | INDIANS |
VitaminD
I disagree. I think it looks odd so close to the capital L. It almost causes an optical allusion making the L appear to be dropped. I don't think it's an illusion. The "L" starts lower than the "S" does, and the bottom of the "L" sits lower than the bottom of the "S", but the disparity isn't as great as at the top. Which would make the "L" smaller than the "S". Which shouldn't be.To really make the bat work with the two script capital letters you have to work with here, the bat would have to loop through the hook of both the "S" and the "L". In my mind's eye, that would look really bad. I don't know how you could work this to satisfy a tasteful design keeping with the tradition of the Cardinals that would look professional and uniform like a team would wear on the field. It's a good try, and with a few tweaks you might have something. But I can't see how it could be done. "Start spreading the news... They're leavin' today... Won't get to be a part of it...
