I'd say lose the things going around it, and just have the A and the U. It'd be much more legible, especially on a jersey. The leaf looks odd where it's placed. It seems just like it was slapped on the top. Play around with different placement of that. It's a good start, but some minor tweaking is needed. Shumway makes a good point of too much going on around the AU. I'd blow up the face to cover more of the badge and add something to the inside edges of the badge as well.
