ibsouper
The Ballpark in Arlington used to have the old logos on flags they flew on gameday. They had just about every team's old logo until about a year ago, when they got all new flags.Yes.. that always bugged me. I was happy when they updated them. The Fort Worth Star-Telegram newspaper still shows the old Fleur-de-lis logo when they preview a Saints game. Still irks me.. but it's something only a logo/uniform fanatic would notice. FiddySicks
they sued the wrong one for Nevada today for the battle in seattle, used the Wolf in the N instead of the lame wolf lightning head thingYa know, im really starting to like the new wolf head so much better than any other logo that UNR has used. It just straight up looks more menacing than anything theyve used in the past. IMO its a lot better than the N wolf, and about a million times better than this the ugly POS wolf in oval logo. BamaHater
I think it was up untill the world series in 05, Fox used the old Astros batting helmet(93-99) for their pregame shows. It took 5 years until they could get a current one.
ColeJ
within the past few years, i remember seeing the dallas news using the old dallas stars logo, sans "DALLAS" on top.
mightynine
The Times-Picayune newspaper in New Orleans used old logos all the time in their sports pages. The MLB preview is always a great example of this.Hell, just recently for the New Orleans Bowl, they dusted off some old logos for Troy.

reppact
Fox made the mistake during the Saints/Panthers game. Going to commercial after a Panthers TD, they used the Jaguars logo instead of the Carolina one.
StevieY19
This happens a lot with small regional newspapers like the Oakland Press here in the Detroit area. Old, vintage logos are used regularly, with changes only really occurring when a new logo is part of a major championship.
Cyclopsis Joe
It happens. A friend of mine noticed the local newspaper used the old Falcons (pre-200x whenever they changed it)...in 2006. I don't speak for democrats, democrats don't speak for me.
DG_ThenNowForever
I'm surprised no one's mentioned the 2005 Sports Illustrated NFL Preview issue, which was sent out with the Falcons old logo on many covers (there were regional differences in the covers). 1 hour ago, ShutUpLutz! said: and the drunken doodoobags jumping off the tops of SUV's/vans/RV's onto tables because, oh yeah, they are drunken drug abusing doodoobags

cmm
Sometimes I'll see the old Mets primary logo (the one with the "NY" to the left of "Mets") on Sportsnet New York. The sad thing is that SNY is actually owned by the Mets.
