I met the Professor many times over the years...every time he had a huge smile on his face and would sit and talk to anybody for as long as they wanted...always had great stories to tell.I didn't even know he had lung cancer...tells you how much attention I pay to Nascar these days. RIP.

CaolinaJoe
First Bobby Hamilton, now Benny Parsons. I have a bad feeling about this upcoming NASCAR season. "It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of thepress. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom ofspeech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given usthe freedom to demonstrate. And it is the soldier who salutes theflag, serves beneath the flag, whose coffin is draped by the flag, andwho allows the protester to burn the flag."Marine Chaplain Dennis Edward O' Brien
