I liked pruple being part of the color scheme and now its gone, oh well, guess they had to do something since they left philly (due to the spectrum getting kocked down later this year)

Maybe it's just because of local high schools, but I always associated Phantoms with purple. Don't like the combo of purple and orange, but they were certainly recognizable.

Those look more like a fan mock-up to me. Note the misspelling of "approuved" at the top and the remaining purple swatch at the bottom despite the apparent absence of purple in the jerseys/logo.

If you look at the sides of the black jersey, it looks like there still might be purple. It could just be the quality of the scan making it look black.

I liked the purple in the Phantoms' color scheme. I'm not too crazy about these new unis for Adirondack. Good thing I purchased a purple Phantoms jersey while I still had the chance.

there still seems to be the tiny ounce of purple still in the logo, the vertical line at the wings horizontal lines.

I agree that these new jerseys look like a hastily designed fan submission. But at least they got rid of purple as a primary color. I think it needs one more Flyers patch though ... oof.

Per their Twitter, the jerseys still have some purple. The piping is purple and possibly under the arms in purple too...

Perhaps the Phantoms subsribe to the same line of logic as the Jacksonville Jaguars...whatver that may be.

(Except in this instance, it's purple rather than gold that's in question...)
