njmeadowlanders
So in the past two weeks the Jets have lost arguably their most important defensive player and their best offensive player for the season. Sure as hell overshadows the thrashing of the Raiders...

Unbeliveable. As someone who's had a massive man-crush on Hakeem Nicks for the past three years, I'm really enjoying watching him flourish as a Giant. Cujo
So in the past two weeks the Jets have lost arguably their most important defensive player and their best offensive player for the season.Calling Leon Washington the Jets best offensice player is a bit of a stretch. If I had to pick, I'd rather to him go down for opposed to Thomas Jones who has been a total beast all season for Gang Green. Nonetheless, Washington's injury straight-up sucks. However, a win is a win, and at this point, I'll take it. It was also nice to see Sanchez was able to savor today's victory with a celebratory hot dog.

FiddySicks
How dumb must've Malcolm Glazer felt today? Sitting in the same stadium his soccer team uses (which nearly bankrupt him to purchase) packed with 84,000 fans (most of which think he's an absolute fool for making the purchase, and who are all pissed off at him for raising ticket prices), watching his American football team get shellacked by a team who's owner also owns an MLS team. New England Revolution > Manchester UnitedYAY AMERICA!!! For accuracy, I am not sure Malcolm Glazer was at Wembley, though a couple of the family were. Secondly, Wembley isn't 'used' by Manchester United. They occasionally might play a domestic Cup Final there, but there home ground is actuially in Manchester! (Old Trafford). That being said, the Glazer empire did have to cope with the soccer team losing 2-0 to Liverpool and the US Football team getting hammered by the Patriots. I am guessing they have had better days! 2011/12 WFL Champions
BlueSky
...And the Favreness has been defeated by the Steelers. I, for one, am both happy and thankful about that outcome. We were listening to this game on the radio in the car. Vikes were in the red zone and Ross Tucker, the color analyst, says: "This is why the Vikings got Favre, to make big plays in the red zone. Now he just needs to do what Brett Favre does."The next sound was a tremendous roar from the fans and the play-by-play guy saying, "He's lost the ball!" Got a chuckle out of that one. jimbojohnny56
Jay Cutler sucks I'm so tired of hearing how great this guy is. I'm so happy for Kyle Orton and Josh McDaniels. Hey Bus Cook how's things working out for your boy now. Maybe Jay can run his way out Chicago soon because you are about to see the big crybaby in him coming out once anybody dear criticize the greatest QB who's never won a thing in the league. This guy is the next Jeff George big arm,big attitude and nothing to show for it. Jay George or Jeff Cutler I can't decide what to call this jerk what do you guys think?
The_Admiral
Nobody wants to answer the actual question of what Cutler is supposed to do this year with a terrible supporting cast that has a direct effect on his ability to perform, but that's okay. It's either, "ZOMG, we pwn3d them!11 We's goin 2 da 'ship!!1" or "ZOMG, we suk!!!11 We on da clok!!122"I watched part of that game and clearly Jay Cutler lost that game all by himself. He singlehandedly allowed Ced Benson to get those 189 yards and made Carson Palmer look like it was 2005-2006 again. Seriously, Cutler's not my favorite guy by any means, but it's just dumb to pin all of this on him and say he sucks. He's a top 10 talent in the league. He's gonna have bad games. Look at who he plays with. Just do that. Oh, and go with Jay George. On January 16, 2013 at 3:49 PM, NJTank said: Btw this is old hat for Notre Dame. Plus, Heyward-Bey has a better yards per reception average, so there! On January 16, 2013 at 3:49 PM, NJTank said: Btw this is old hat for Notre Dame. tBBP
JaMarcus...Birdsville is NOT happy with you right now. In fact...you might not want to show your face back around Birdsville for a while...not unless you wanna end up pitching birds back behind Mae Eanes. On another note...someone care to explain exactly what the hell happened with the Giants last night? Or is it 'Zona I should be questioning? They're doing the same annoying-ass Jekyll-and-Hyde act I saw far too often out of the Jacksonville Jaguars back in the earlier part of this decade. Speaking of which...two trips to the East Coast this season...two wins, one at aforementioned J'ville, the other up in the Meadowlands. I don't know what to make of those Birds right now. *Disclaimer: I am not an authoritative expert on stuff...I just do a lot of reading and research and keep in close connect with a bunch of people who are authoritative experts on stuff. || dribbble || Behance ||
Saintsfan
I think the Cardinals deserve a lot of credit for there win in New York last night. Shows they are still a decent team. On top of there Division now, looking good for another play off spot I would say, out of a weak division. (That division has 9 wins between them for a combined 9-16) I personally wouldn't back against a Cardinals vs Colts Superbowl at the moment. 2011/12 WFL Champions

B-Rich
New Orleans officially frightens me. Those Saints are incredible. How they came back against Miami is unbelievable.Agreed. They beat Miami 36-10...in one half of football. Incredible indeed. Wow.Another reason to be amazed and frightened-- the Saints have now apparently added the ability to fly to their repertoire:Seriously, did you see that leap, coming off a double reverse? Amazing. But it's not just one guys, or a few guys. This bunch has melded into a TEAM. Next Monday Night in the 'dome is gonna be a madhouse...... It is what it is.
