It is above us so it seems superior and more intimidating. I would consider changing the nose area. Try making not only the nostrils black as you have now, but also the black nose button thing that bears have. It seems kind of like a pig nose now. The pupil looks too big or something.Also, I think his big teeth shouldn't be so sharp, they look too much like fangs. I think grizzly teeth are pointy but not "sharp" pointy.Just my 2 cents. Don't remove the pupil, just make it smaller in order to make the logo look less cartoony. When an animal (or a person) is drawn with huge pupils it looks cartoony and certainly not intimidating. The eye looks so large and placed so close to the middle that it almost looks cyclops-like.2. Grizzly bears have black noses, where as this looks more like a pig snout.
