Saintsfan
Ooops didn't mean Panthers, scratch them from the list. I would maintain any of the other teams on my list wouldn't pass on Griffin. Certainly the Browns or 'Skins would leap at Griffin and have trade power to move up, if they want to. It's like a game of footy, you take the points, rather than wait. You take the outstanding QB this year, rather than wait. 2011/12 WFL Champions

Would you rather have a rookie Griffin and a rookie Winslow or in the worst case scenario that McCoy doesn't work out, something like a rookie Landry Jones, and Richardson and Winslow in their second season (Which would take a lot of pressure off the rookie QB, allowing him to get comfortable in his role)? Which is in effect what you say if you pass on a guy rated if not as highly as Luck, then nearly as highly. 2011/12 WFL Champions

Drafting a QB next year is the worst case scenario.
Saintsfan
It's still the drafting equivalent of being 4th and 8 20 yards out and going for a first down, and trying to use 4 downs to get a touchdown. Take what's on offer, rather than gambling on what you might get. 2011/12 WFL Champions

chuckymack
I'm pretty sure the Bengals will spend one of their first-rounders on an offensive lineman. Sigs are for sissies.
BigEd76
Highly unlikely the Eagles take another MLB in round 1 after trading for Ryans. I'm expecting them to go DT there.
theSLVRBCK
Melvin Ingram to Jacksonville before they ever sniff at Coples IMO. Even if he does fit better with a 3-4 scheme. GM Gene is all about high motor, high character guys. Unless Blackmon falls to them, my thought process lands on Ingram or Reiff for the Jags at 7 if they can't trade down. GFB
For my Lions, my dream scenario is picking up Decastro in the first round followed by a CB (Minnifield or Hosely) in the second. If not, CB in first followed by BPA in the 2nd.
