Geoff Posted July 13, 2012 Author Share Posted July 13, 2012 I didn't put the Wingman and Top Gun logos because they are STH related. the Ice Flyers STH are called Wingmen and the Top Gun program is a program which provides extra perks to those STH who refer new ones or buy seats and donate them to the military. Geoff Posted July 13, 2012 Author Share Posted July 13, 2012 The final two seasons of the Ice Pilots, 06-07 and 07-08.They didn't really give the reason for the addition of grey but I think it works. It allows for having the plane look normal and not be colored weird or have it be the only grey in the logo. I think they should have kept consistent with previous look and had the jet in Blue Angels colours. In addition to being skewed upwards to match the PENSACOLA mark, ICE FLYERS is also italicized. The vertical lines should match in both word marks, but they don't.Otherwise, I'm pretty impressed.And nope, that's not Demonized. There was another style after this one using a more subdued color scheme, different striping, and the same logo. I don't have an example of that.Also features the main crest on the back of the jersey, much smaller sized and placed above where the player's name would go.Different home and away shirts during this era.Ice FlyersOld Friday night jersey.Last year the home and away Ice Flyers featured a different striping pattern.
