  1. I think we'd have a lot less confusion if the threads were titled "MLB 2022 Uniform Changes" instead of just "MLB 2022". There's a lot of similarity in thread titles between this forum and the Sports in General forum. Update: Thank you to the mods for making the changes.
  2. LSU plays 2-3 day home games per year; "only at night" isn't completely accurate.
  3. San Jose doesn’t use silver, do they? Arizona’s sand (the color of home trim and numbers) contrasts better than most other colors.
  4. They had black/white versions of the 2020/21 Clubhouse hats too. Marlins, Rays, and Royals 2022 Clubhouse hats are posted, but they have "discontinued item/currently unavailable" tag, which I'm guessing means they're up on the site, but New Era or Fanatics doesn't want to sell them yet (seems like if they were really discontinued, Fanatics would take them down permanently).
  5. Ugh nm one of my favorite helmet sites took down the pre-orders for alternate helmets.
  6. How does his shirt suggest anything?
  7. PDX carpet has its own Wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portland_International_Airport_carpet
  8. Even Texas A&M got rid of those stripes. The Browns continue to prove sleeve stripes can still look good. Traditional teams always look better in traditional uniforms, no matter what trends are pushed on them.
  9. This idea would ensure new Cardinals unis in 2027.
  10. Yeah there's primary home, primary road, and then alternates are third color, Color Rush, or throwback
  11. You think they'll have a black association and a black statement (with the Jumpman)?
  12. I actually like the Lakers association...I think it's an improvement over the current execution...but it would be way better if it was just purple and gold. 9 HWC teams is the most during the Nike era, I think...we had 8 teams in 18-19, I think. A lot of good jerseys coming.
  13. The tweets in this article give a strong impression that Seahawks are working on throwback alternates for 2023… https://www.fieldgulls.com/platform/amp/2022/2/21/22944959/seattle-seahawks-throwback-uniforms-not-in-2022-season-says-chuck-arnold-nfl-news
  14. Well, at least the HWCs next year will be some of my favorites. The Warriors’ rose is probably gonna look stupid tucked into shorts
  15. The Twins M logo is back on ST hats at least, which is cool...I always like the M (though it looks better in red outlined in white). Some other teams are using vintage logos (Cubs, White Sox, Cardinals) The A's have kelly green ST hats (at first I thought this was the St. Patty's Day hat, but nope, it's the regular one) The Giants have their SF logo weirdly placed
  16. I really like Michigan's uniforms (as many do) but I've been trying to think where I've seen that home sleeve stripe design. Then it came to me (back when CU wore its best shade of gold):
  17. Didn’t M&M/Mars announce they wouldn’t be sponsoring the 18 car/Kyle Busch this year? They have been the lead sponsor here in Feb.
  18. Mets minor leaguers are wearing new ST hats...in fact, as minor league camps open up, this probably how we'll see all the designs.
  19. Looks like the jerseys are still stuck in the 2000s. Helmets are looking pretty good though
  20. They really *puts on sunglasses* took a gamble with that look YEEAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH
  21. Stripes are there on these first run prototypes (and before anyone says anything...throwback helmets shown are part of Riddell's throwback retail collection, with full size already being sold and minis coming in the next few months).
  22. Salute to Service helmets for retail only. All teams except the Raiders will get a helmet that looks like that. https://www.blowoutforums.com/showthread.php?p=18004961
  23. I found that hat on Fanatics a few weeks ago...not sure it's all we get. There will probably be one or two more alternates, plus at some point we'll get more info on all the new City Connect stuff.
  24. Looks like the regular teal alternate jersey, with nameplates added on for the minor leaguers. Might be a new ST but can't say for sure.
