  1. It literally says "100th Anniversary Yankee Stadium".
  2. No, they literally did not design anything for the WFT.
  3. They did nothing with the WFT uniforms. It was literally the original uniforms with the old name swapped out for "Washington" on the jersey, stripes and logo removed from the helmet and replaced with just the number.
  4. Nah, Southwest Missouri would probably be all Battlehawks. They'd possibly draw from right along the border, maybe as far east as Joplin, at best.
  5. Red Bull Arena has already said no to football. It ain't happening.
  6. Yeah, they never pretend Busch Stadium is the same one as the first (especially since it's in a completely different part of town, but I digress). And it's usually referred to as Busch III when talking about the team history or stadium milestones.
  7. Shaggy would be disappointed if you did.
  8. That could not be a more Arlington DISconnect.
  9. I don't know if Red Bull Arena is actually in play. I think that was the intended stadium for the New York Guardians, but Red Bulls said no. Thus they ended up at MetLife. If I'm remembering correctly.
  10. I'm not crazy about the navy pants, but at least make the socks red.
  11. Yeah, I don't think that's accurate at all. Yes the Big 12 will be less than what it is now, but they may very well raid the Pac-12 of those who don't end up in the Big Ten (which likely to only be Oregon and Washington and possibly Stanford). The ACC is being eyed by both the Big Ten and SEC, clear conference upgrades for any school. The leftovers would probably end up in the Big 12 or some Big 12/ACC merger.
  12. Big 12 is not below the ACC. Basically the two conferences are on par with each, both below the Big Ten/SEC. (The Pac-12 is either on par with the Big 12/ACC or at least close to being a step below). Obviously, this is all relative to Power 5 conferences. None are on the level of Group of 5. So if Louisville, who technically sued when the Big 12 passed them up for West Virginia, ended up in the Big 12, I think they'd be willing to do whatever it took if it appeared the ACC was on the verge of dismantling.
  13. How were the previous ones unique? They had the same piping that lots of uniforms have had in the past and especially since the beginning of the 2000's with the resurgence of the classic looks. The gold was completely forced. The navy alt with classic script and gold outline looked like a cheap fashion jersey you buy from Walmart. And the gold drop shadow was in no way unique. Many teams have had drop shadows. The Giants literally have gold drop shadows on their uniforms. And the "blob" is also literally the shape of the state of Minnesota. I guess you just need to brush up on your geography.
  14. I don't know. People like different things. I personally am not fond of the striping, but I'm not gonna question why others do. You seem more bothered that others don't feel the same way you do than the fact that they like the uniforms.
  15. I had one of my tvs on MLS 360 while had the main one on something else during the rain delay. And when it was about to start, I switched it over to Apple and it kept telling me to enter my login and would never work or just keep saying "signing in". I switched off the smaller one in case it was interfering (which it hadn't before) and then neither one would. I went on twitter and found I was not the only one having the issue. Yeah we had storms, but my internet was on and working fine for everything else. I was able to get it to work on Chrome on my laptop and then about 10 minutes before half, it was working again.
  16. Can't even watch the St. Louis-Cincinnati game because the stupid Apple TV app is messed up. People all over are unable to sign-in.
  17. I know how stadium attendances are counted. I worked in a minor league stadium (and MLB as well). I actually had to get the actual attendance for the game every night.
  18. According to Curt Menefee during the Stallions-Generals broadcast, the Showboats-Stars game drew 30k. Yet, as you see in this video, half the stadium is empty (lower half even tarped off), and the other half wasn't completely full. Daryl Johnston also said they won't be releasing attendance figures.
  19. I don't know the Arizona legislature, but do they have the same thing as some other states where one school can't go to another conference without the other?
  20. I would guess "Good Cheese" and "Bad Cheese".
  21. So... We'll get for color names: "Cardinal Red" (easy enough, even if actually a maroon) "Arizona Copper" (even if technically an orange) "70 and Originally from Chicago Pale" (white) Am I close?
