Or, just maybe, hold on against the Pirates? That was certainly more winnable.
-
The 87 Twins did and won the whole thing. Go away.

Phoenix proper or the whole metro area?

U mad bro?

Snaketober! Bochy vs a division rival should send a good message to the Giants org, I hope. Also, anybody who will whine about a six seed with a negative run differential winning the pennant, kindly escort yourself out.

So, what about the 2018 Red Sox who did the same thing? Where's the vitriol for them? Either they both get punished or we have a double standard.

This is a much deeper problem than a “bad aura.” -
Well that was an enlightening take that in no way is a terrible one.

Have you ever seen Vader vs Shawn at Summerslam, when Vader doesn't move to the right spot and Shawn breaks kayfabe to yell at and stomp him? That's the Niners tonight. Out-of-sync and utterly messy. They really need a good look at what's happened tonight and realize that they need to adapt a lot more if they're going to stay ahead in the division. -
This should happen more often, as it's amazing. I'm so happy Bochy is going back to the series! It's sending an important wake-up call to the Giants' front office.

Don't be so quick - the Patriots getting an ugly win is going to give them false confidence in their regime in the long run. -
Imagine an umpires union strike and how little public support they would have, even from the most pro-union people.

It’s NCAA bullfeces. Lifetime bans and stripping of titles, following Pete Rose’s punishment and SMU’s death penalty, have been incredibly unpopular. Look at how most modern media goes against depicting the Black Sox as villains. Covering up/committing sex crimes should be the only reason for lifetime bans/death penalty. It’s why I’m ok with Pete Rose’s ban (he admitted to having sex with minors/transporting her across state lines) and why Penn State football still existing is a bigger travesty than any Astros run. Also, if the Astros should be punished, the 2018 Red Sox should be too. No peep about them here at all.

Didn’t think so.

Addendum for other sports: the Warriors had Draymond Green and were good, and the Lightning were good in a non-traditional market. Big difference between all of them and the Astros.

BBTV was right: Doug Pederson was the reset that the team needed. -
All the “script writer” talk: It’s not funny.

Also, the Sharks introduced a design with hem stripes then. The Sharks then took off the hem stripes and yokes because "weight savings," which lasted until the new set came out. It's silver in the stripes away from being their best look ever.

Between 1989 and 1996, the Bucs only wore their orange jerseys at home for eight games. It was the de-facto home jersey by the latter half of the creamsicle era.
