    Nike puts all these ideas into teams heads and it's up to the teams. There's no doubt in my mind that they influence teams into making a decision. "We're not saying you should do it but..."

    I'm starting to think that Nike wants to do away with gray jerseys on the road. I don't hate the idea but I also don't like it either. It's conflicting.

    The Mets should have made an all new black jersey. I know they want a Piazza throwback deal going on but they should just eliminate the drop shadow from it and add back the blue piping to make it consistent with the rest of the uniforms. I've always liked the black jersey truthfully but the addition of black to the rest of the uniforms was ridiculous. This was stupid:

    The Dallas Cowboys are actually the only NFL team with dymo tape of the players name on the back of their helmet. It's been there for decades. This feature is also present in Madden, which is pretty surprising to me that they would get such a small detail that nobody would usually notice. However due to "limitations" with the game it says "D. COWBOYS" instead of the name and number. Now that I got that out of the way, the Commanders helmet is most likely a Training Camp thing.

    If the jersey is powder blue and has that Brew Crew wordmark on the front then this is a huge W.

    Dude, I don't think there has been anything serious about the Mets in awhile.... Joking aside, the Yankees already have that Serious New York Team thing down.

    Between the owners comments on Twitter about Purple and the music note changing back, I'm starting to wonder if maybe they're pulling the plug on the rebrand. I hope so because I didn't like what I was seeing and neither did anybody else. Here's what the outside of the arena looked liked during the season.

    The weird thing about this uniform is that they're wearing mostly silver pants in the picture there. I say mostly because apparently the team had white, silver and gray pants and it was all depending on the player. I assume it was a laundry issue or something.

    When Fox got the NFL in 1994 they would do this weird thing where they inserted the Fox logo into the city name of Foxboro. Really weird.

    I'm late on this but the White Sox Spring Training look this year was stupid. I like the jersey by itself but you have 3 eras of White Sox logos going on and if that wasn't ridiculous enough, they also have red on the jersey logo which is a color that is nowhere else in the teams main identity. I feel like this team is suffering from the same issue the Brewers had over the last decade.

    I never expected them to wear Psycho Mr. Red on their jerseys in the regular season. I love it.

    I think it will be pretty noticeable when they take the field in a black helmet. The Eagles have only worn green or white helmets as a main identity since the invention of the non leather helmet. It will be weird and stupid.

    All this talk about 2023 being when we will see these throwbacks sucks but at least I can have the teams wear them in Madden whenever I want.
