    You don't have to like the design, I know I don't like the design but the explanation is there and it is valid. The uniform doesn't have anything to do with the bombing specifically. Nobody said that man, they just mentioned one reason the city is so attached to the marathon. Also, teams already tribute 9/11 as it is, in fact, the Mets and Yankees wore FDNY and NYPD hats just last season.

    When the Cardinals first debuted Color Rush they wore all white and had an chrome style helmet logo. This helmet logo was never seen again after one game against the 49ers. and nobody really noticed it which is odd cause it was very noticeable to me especially since the game was at night and the intended effect sucked and made the logo look bad. Also, those black 49ers uniforms were god awful. After that they seemed to switch to a metallic type of finish on the red part of the logo only. It's kinda hard to tell at times and isn't as obvious as the logo they used in 2016.

    I thought the Giants and Dodgers were the only teams doing Pride hats this season but the Rays did it a few days ago. The white drop shadow on the TB kinda messes it up.

    I don't follow MLB very well but I thought the Jays only wore red on Canada Day? What's going on here?

    Wow, this actually looks pretty great. I'd say this is them warming up to the idea of finally doing all powder blue but if they have to wear white pants this is the best option.

    This looks good. It could be better but this isn't an insult to my eyes. Yellow pants would be even better.

    Wouldn't switching the decals and facemask on the red helmet be a valid workaround? The Bills technically had three helmets at one point.

    It won't happen but I can hope for it one day... EDIT: Not sure how nobody pointed out the throwback helmet appearing twice in the Falcons schedule release video.

    So from what I am understanding, they will have purple for city uniforms in the future which I can assume will inevitably end up being the default Jazz look in 5 years once they get their little yellow/black nonsense out of their system. They know what they want except they don't. I speculate that he must realize he made a mistake and can't reverse the course because he put time and resources into it and also was probably talked into it by D-Wade, so they have to just live with it for now, but there's nothing in the NBA rules about waiting it out like in the NFL.

    Bulls already had a basketball logo for years anyways so if the NBA forces them they already have it. Blazers could always go back to this stupid thing.

    I will never understand why they moved away from this logo. It was perfect in every single way. I'm a Lakers fan but this was probably my favorite logo in the league at the time and is still in my Top 10 all time NBA logos. I can just hear "They Reminisce Over You" playing as I stare at this logo and if you know what I'm talking about then you're really cool.

    Spurs are also returning to the Alamodome for one game which I assume is for the 50th Anniversary. Here's hoping they go with full throwback look for that one.

    I'm upset you reminded me of this game. Final game in Oakland and they lost to Gardner Minshew. Ugh.

    Doesn't sound completely impossible. The Cubs did wear blue on the road exclusively back in the 80's.

    Nike puts all these ideas into teams heads and it's up to the teams. There's no doubt in my mind that they influence teams into making a decision. "We're not saying you should do it but..."

    I'm starting to think that Nike wants to do away with gray jerseys on the road. I don't hate the idea but I also don't like it either. It's conflicting.

    The Mets should have made an all new black jersey. I know they want a Piazza throwback deal going on but they should just eliminate the drop shadow from it and add back the blue piping to make it consistent with the rest of the uniforms. I've always liked the black jersey truthfully but the addition of black to the rest of the uniforms was ridiculous. This was stupid:
