I simply cannot understand what you are trying to say here. This is a mess of words that are capitalized when they shouldn't be and words that have been emphasized by being in all caps when bolding would work, just a mess of grammar everywhere and unfinished sentences that make it hard to read. If my understanding is correct, you're trying to say that 1) certain colors can't be used in excess because it causes issues for the players, 2) the Pens' dominant (not dominate, that's a verb) color at home is black, which is true, their home sweater is black and that the Flyers' dominant home color is orange, also true, because their home sweater is orange, 3) home fans cheer for the team (usually true, but I've been to games where that's not the case) but wearing your colors on the road shows strength? 4) You prefer home whites, and 5) you and your wife match when you go out. Cute, I guess, but irrelevant and only furthers to muddle your message here. I get wanting to wear white at home, but I think it's done better in basketball and baseball. Hockey and football, to me, should be wearing colors at home because it looks better within the context of the sport.

The NPB section is frustratingly outdated. At least 8 of the 12 teams have an outdated logo displayed, two teams have their names wrong, and only one team is in "Teams of the Past" despite NPB having a long history of relocations and mergers. With the massive overhaul of the KBO section, I think it's time for the NPB section to get updated. Big points for giving the NHL team in the Carolinas to the city that deserves it. I think a major league Checkers identity would be slick, especially if the team went back to the classic blue and orange color scheme.

I know some Panthers fans that would be furious if we were separated from Atlanta, nevermind what Dallas fans would do if they weren't with the Giants, Eagles, and Washington. While this might make a bit more geographic sense (not sure why the Titans would move to Memphis, they tried that and it didn't work) there are so many rivalries you need to consider. Additionally, why did you switch the two West divisions for the most part?

I sure hope they stay with Charlotte. I, for one, like having a team that's successful and well-connected.

I doubt the US would get it given the 2026 Cup but I'd like to see Japan take it, honestly. They certainly have the infrastructure to host quickly and are probably hoping to continue their string of global-level sporting events after the Rugby World Cup and the Olympics.

I disagree. In the unlikely chance that MLB expands/relocates to Raleigh-Durham, the only reason they'd go with Durham Bulls would be if the team is in Durham proper, which doesn't make sense, since Raleigh is much bigger. As such, they'd want to create a Raleigh-specific identity, and probably wouldn't go with Carolina Bulls. I disagree, they didn't have any problem granting franchises to Denver, Miami, Tampa, and Arizona, all of which had two or three teams by the time the MLB team hit. I'd argue the Knights' great attendance and the Charlotte metro's larger population would make it the better choice.

I'm fine with them as long as they are the actual abbreviation used by the city (for example, I think the Hornets using "CHA" is stupid because CLT is the accepted abbreviation for Charlotte by the locals) and still follow good design guidelines (like, say, the exact opposite of how the Falcons used them).

Alright, I'll get it started: the new Rams logo isn't awful. In fact, I really like the idea behind it and I think with more refining it could've been great. The gradients are the biggest problem, but as soon as you realize the horn is supposed to be both a wave and a horn it starts to click a little more. They should switch the primary and secondary, however.

Please no, the Cartoon Bird looks a ton better than the Natural Bird. It also happens to be more fun. I completely agree. I'm glad the Cleveland team collapsed in 2016 and Washington will never get any recognition from me until Snyder is gone. I will root against any team I think looks bad. The Titans, Warriors, and Clippers I'll root against until they rebrand.

Great concepts! One thing, though: don't use "Carolina" for Charlotte. If you need names, I'd say Firebirds is pretty unique, and it makes sense: there's a famous statue in Charlotte called The Firebird that has a really unique shape and is pretty iconic. If you already have a concept in place for the Aviators, I understand, but I think this is a better name for the city.

Anaheim Angels > California Angels > Los Angeles Angels > Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. The team doesn't play in Los Angeles. Anaheim is its own distinct city, even if it's within the LA metro. Oakland is part of the San Francisco metro, but it's still its own city. The Angels play in Anaheim, and should represent that fact.

I don't live Uptown so I can't speak to exactly how excited the city is, but I'd imagine most fans are pumped. Both the Panthers and Charlotte subreddits have been receptive to really excited about the idea of MLS (though people keep complaining about the money the city gave). Personally, I'm super hyped to go see a game and I imagine we'll have no trouble filling up most of the stadium, especially if they decide to tarp off certain sections. I know that any new teams only shuffle around current sports-related spending, but at the rate the city is growing, I can't imagine any timeline except one where Charlotte has at least 4 major sports teams (with MLB coming through relocation or expansion). The only one I don't see happening is NHL, only because Raleigh seems to be doing well enough with the Hurricanes (despite my unhappiness at that). The thing is that Charlotte has a huge sports culture, but the team has to be relevant and located centrally. The Panthers and Knights both achieve this through Uptown stadiums (the Hornets also have one, but currently suck, so it's no wonder people haven't been going). I'm sure with the rowdy and exciting culture soccer fans have, people will get curious about the noise and fans gathering around the Bank, so that's literally free marketing you can't get at a suburban stadium. The team needs to fit in and be successful pretty quickly, or they may end up fighting the same war the Hornets are fighting: struggling for talent in a small market and struggling for attendance due to a lack of talent.

I have to agree on this one. Would the jerseys look better without it? Yes, for sure. But it's not the awful 'end of the world' scenario some people made it out to be.
