About ten years ago I worked for a guy who sold all sorts of sports merchandise at trade shows, swap meets, and those setups you see in some malls during Black Friday weekend. After I quit, he game me a pretty hefty box of these (all unopened) as a gesture of good will or something (I quit because he always had issues paying me on time). I haven't sold them yet because I just kinda figured they were worthless. It came with about 10 of these Ricky Watters Seahawks figures in the box that are kinda cool cause of the old uniform I guess. I'd be kinda shocked if the new entreprenuer bought NFL and NFLPA licenses just to be subsidized by companies for promotions. Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.
