WJMorris3
Well, lmupepbander got the title in November, will he do it again in December? We'll have to see in about a month. Now, it's time to get to this month's game. For the benefit of new players and those who forget, here's how the game works. The game's made up of 15 questions, each with multiple valid answers (there will be at least eight valid answers for each question.) All you have to do is PM (private message) a valid answer to me.In the first round (questions 1-5), the first person to name each of the valid answers gets one point, with the very first answer earning an extra point. Be careful, an answer that does not fit the question scores nothing, as does an answer that's already been given. The trick, of course, is that you don't know which answers have been given, so you have to reason out which ones have NOT been given yet.In the second round (questions 6-10), each question is worth two points, and in the third round (questions 11-15), each question is worth three points. In all rounds, an extra point is given to the first valid answer to the question. Most points after 15 questions wins. With that, here we go!QUESTION #1Name any player who was awarded the World Series Most Valuable Player award, originally awarded by the editors of Sport Magazine and now announced immediately after the final game of the World Series. (This is to be differentiated from the Babe Ruth Award, awarded by the New York chapter of the Baseball Writers' Association of America.)Answers are due by Wednesday, December 1, at 1:30 AM. Good luck!
