winters in buffalo Posted November 16, 2005 Share Posted November 16, 2005 i think the only way this would work is for the designer to submit what they think is their best work, then have a 5-10 person panel vote on 10 finalists. after the finalists are sorted out, then the voting could be public from there.the panel could also pick the finalists for all the other categories.that said, this idea has been brought up several times before, only to stall due to either lack of interest or lack of effort. That method would work best. Perhaps if someone sets up categories, and then there's a submission period, we might end up with a decent awards program. I'd be more than willing to be a part of the panel or even the planning committee. In addition to my obvious contest experise here, earlier this year I ran a public relations awards competition.
