I brought back my Maxie Miner logo i posted a little while ago. I only have the home uni for now, but I could work on a roadie and maybe an alt. C&C Please! Makes them look extremely generic and extremely dated (is that even possible?). It just kinda looks like you worked up a singular, simplified mountain, tacked on NUGGETS in a stock 70s font, added a drop shaddow and called it a day.As for the Miner secondary, that's not half bad. I'd say lose the blue stroke around him. The main thing bugging me about it is the fact that, like the logo, looks dated and seems all puffy-and-cuddly-and-squishy, if you know what I mean. That said, it's nice and definitely reminds me of their throwback Miner logo, so I guess kudos for that. deezy Posted May 18, 2008 Share Posted May 18, 2008 Not so big on the font... and the only thing about the miner that bothers me is the basketball is wrong... the line in the middle should go through the curves... it's slight, but it would end up bothering me as much as the clippers logo does... That extra line on the bottom has bugged the hell out of me since I was a kid *EDIT - Whoops! Nevermind. I thought you meant the straight line extending from his hand and going through the center of the ball. I get what you mean now though. Just an oversight on my part, I guess. thanks for the heads up!
