I know it would not be kosher to use "live trace" in a real logo, but this is just to get a quick idea of what it would look like.Any comments? officeglenn Posted July 27, 2008 Share Posted July 27, 2008 I think you've got too much of a clash of styles going on here -- the skyline looks too "real" to fit in with the rest of the logo. It may not be on the level of a Statue of Liberty or Gateway Arch, but it's Dallas' most iconic landmark and it would get rid of some of the clutter in the logo. As you've depicted Dallas here, it barely even looks like a skyline, let alone a recognizable one. Sorry, but I just don't see this idea working. Either way, you have too many outlines and it just seems that the colors look a little muddled together. Maybe some more white in there would break it up, you know?
