View All Hatsof note: The only hat not listed is the Sixers hat, so hopefully this means a nice lil' tweak to the old retro primary they are bringing back. Still well done, I had to do a double take. Don't scare people like that, I'm hoping to see a significant change to that logo when they unveil.And you probably just started the web's first leaked image of 'the 76ers 'new' logo.' Doesn't look like they tweaked the logo at all. Even the basketball in the logo is still the old school basketball where the lines stop at the two intersecting curvilinear lines. It's a draft preview for them, not a new logo analysis. Wow. So they really just took the old logo and called it new. From what I know, changing a logo is really expensive and it seems like an unnecessary expense if you're trying to save money. The Sixers bringing back the old logo is financially great for them, because fans will buy new merchandise yet they didn't spend a dime on designing the new logo. Lately the NBA's done a lot of "special" uniform promotions i.e Bobcats Nascar, Christmas Snowflake, Latin, Recycle and champions special uniform.
