HELL YES. I hope that f***er burns for this.

Let the son of a :censored: fry.

If it's certain they got the right guy, and there's due process, you mean...right?!

Also, can you even get the death penalty for attempted murder? I know everybody wants justice here, but slow down and think, boys.

Considering that these two guys attacked him from behind unprevoked, and as well considering that Stow's chances of surviving to live a life in a higher capacity than Terri Schiavo did are slim to none, I say yes. Fry his ass.

Plus, the one who turned the guy in was his parole officer. So this is for sure at LEAST a second major offense. People like that should be eradicated from this earth. Also, considering it was an officer of the law who turned him in, I feel the chances that it was him who did this seem to be extremely high.

Hopefully before they fry the c*nt they have in custody

Okay, so you still want your state's sentencing guidelines thrown out the window, and ignored. Just checking.

Without your high horse, you would have no reason to live, would you.

BTW, in this case, it would be more humane to cook in the chair or gas him in the chamber than to do what he actually deserves: feed him to the bloodthirsty Candlestick era Giants fans.

You're evading the issue. Do you really want your state's sentencing guidelines thrown out the window and ignored? Please answer.

Hey, I'm all for following the letter of the law. Law is reason free from passion, after all. But that's why I'm not a prosecutor. I'm a fan. What I passionately want and what the state will prosecute him for are much different, I know that. BUT, if he is the guy, and he is in fact a repeat offender, especially if he WENT TO PRISON the first time for a violent crime (any crime is bad, but if he's been violent before it's a no brainer), then yes, I do feel that the death penalty should at least be considered if Stow dies/is a vegetable for the remainder of his life. Life in prison is an absolute MUST if he's found guilty.

Hell, if it were up to me, I'd put them both in the bleachers at AT&T Park and let the fans handle them. But that's why I'm not in the field of law :)
