mania
Scotty, Biggio was someone I really considered, but he only qualified at 2B, that's why I didn't choose him. Off The Top Rope: A Pro Wrestling Podcast
Lights Out
I almost picked Biggio earlier in the draft, but went with Alomar instead because, as mediocre as Alomar was on defense, Biggio was worse. I'm surprised it took so long for Biggio to be drafted due to his offense, though. POTD: 2/4/12 3/4/
scottysprings
Scotty, Biggio was someone I really considered, but he only qualified at 2B, that's why I didn't choose him.Damn, didn't realize that. He won a gold glove at catcher so I'd argue he should still be eligible there (even if just off the bench). Regardless, he's one of my all-time favorite players and he grew up in my hometown so I'm glad I got him.
Jahgee
I thought about taking Biggio, but I needed an outfielder more.

If you're constantly slowing things to a crawl then you deserve what you get. This has been going on since the first round. Â Â Â Â

infrared41
No analysis on my picks , I thought that they were good, grabbed a Workhorse pitcher and a great defensive outfielder. The fact that you're even asking leads me to believe that you made the picks just to see what people would say about them. My analysis? You picked a pitcher from 1889. Half the players weren't even using gloves back then. Maybe it's just me, but I don't see I pitcher from the 19th century being a great pitcher in the 20th century. I don't know a thing about the other guy. Happy now? mania
I'm happy with Saberhagen. He was someone I considered alongside Smoltz for last pick, and had been the #1 pitcher on my list the entire time afterwards, so him making it back to me works.
