Our 4th playoff matchday has given us 2 series done, and 2 series going to a decisive game 5. Let's take a look!

Well, take the Calgary Scouts out of the equation. Chicago takes the series 3-1, putting them in a 7-game series against the LA Blockbusters, 2 of the most popular teams here.

Vancouver takes the 2 games in Thunder Bay, then the Superiors take both of Vancouver's home game. Advantage Vancouver in game 5? This is quite reminiscent of the teams' head-to-head this season, swing. Thunder Bay took the first 3 matchups, then Vancouver takes 5 in a row, followed by these 2 straight Thunder Bay wins. 5-5, next one wins. Winner faces Winnipeg.

Of course, the Halifax Titanic join Chicago as the 2 6 seeds both making it to round 2.

Washington has taken game 4, so we are headed back north to Boston for game 5. Winner to face Ottawa.

Let's go Power? A Power-Espions ECF would be like a dream come true.

ECF doesn't quite exist, as we have that final 4 play down. The 2 teams you mentioned could even FAC each other in a 7 game championship series, if they prove to be the best 2 SLH teams.

Thank you very much sir. And with that, here's the 5th and deciding matchday. After this, we'll see the final 8 teams this year, 1 of which will be your eventual champions. One of these matchups was the Vancouver Millionaires taking on the Thunder Bay Superiors. The road team has won all 4 games so far this series. Vancouver will try to keep that streak going here in Thunder Bay, while the Superiors will attempt to make it 3 in a row, coming back from an 0-2 deficit.

It seemed unlikely that the Superiors were going anywhere after their Playoff Matchday 2 defeat to the Vancouver Millionaires, headed out west for 2 games, but yet, here they are, headed to round 2. They'll face divisional rivals Winnipeg in round 2, a team that they played 12 times.

Washington! The Power take out the slightly-favoured Teamen in game 5 here, setting up a divisional matchup between Ottawa and Washington, The Power have had the Governors' number this year. Interesting stuff.

The bracket:

LA vs CHI

TB vs WNP

MTL vs HFX

WSH vs OTT

Head to heads up soon!
