Does anyone knoow where I could find Meta font for free

Playstation-3.jpg

Look for a free font called 1979.

BigDmo, probably the closest you're going to get for free is HandelGothic BT.

werthj: It's probably custom. I don't recall it being included in eriqjaffe's MLB font pack either.

Can anyone please identify the fonts used in this pic? I know some are similar to Arial but the "C" in Centre is not Arial. I'm trying to make the ice surface for the Montreal Canadiens for NHL08. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

My best guess would be Frutiger, but I'm not 100 per cent sure.

Thanks man, that pretty much is close enough for me.

anyone know this one?

Aachen or Aardvark, probably sheared manually.

sjdyson2k: That looks to me like a pretty generic bold italic serif font. I couldn't tell you exactly which one.

This is a fairly vague description but: In the opening credits of Dances With Wolves they use a sweet font for the credits and main title. It is completely different from the font on the movie poster. Does anyone know what font it is? Any help is appreciated.

Here is an example of what i'm looking for. (i had to just take a photo of the tv, pardon the flash)

Any help?

Anyone recognise this font. The V is very unique

ontceaa7.png

Anyone any clue??

I wanna say that's Baskerville. I don't remember all the different weights, but that might be semi-bold italic.

*Disclaimer: I am not an authoritative expert on stuff...I just do a lot of reading and research and keep in close connect with a bunch of people who are authoritative experts on stuff.ย ๐Ÿ˜

It's very close, but the lowercase g in Baskerville SemiBold Italic doesn't close up at the bottom like this one does. I've been wracking my brain trying to figure this and the Dances With Wolves title font out.

What's the name of this little number? This and Architectura (or fonts like Architectura) seemed to be real hallmarks of '90s design. Sorry if this has already been answered; I've never patronized this thread before and it's 51 pages long.

โ™ซ oh yeah, board goes on, long after the thrill of postin' is goneย โ™ซ
