I saw a jersey with a similar concept to the one in your post. I saw it on a Home Shopping Network when I was back home over the summer. It was an autographed jersey with "the greatest quarterbacks ever", Joe Montana, Dan Marino, John Elway and either Steve Young or Johnny Unitas.
