Everything else looks alright, well, nobody makes red skates, but that's nothing major. Nice job, I just don't like the yellow pants. Maybe try black or maroon. I understand your point, and would be in agreement if it were any other team but my beloved Redskins...But I hate relying on "tradition" on the boards, it's a concept...go crazy. If I saw that in a sports clothing store I'd shell out for it. I think it's cool. I'd like to see more NFL/NCAA/CFL hockey jersey concepts. I understand you're going for a cross-over look, and are trying to copy the 'Skins unis, but on a hockey jersey (see the 'Pen's '80's jerseys), #'s on the shoulders look bad).Second, they are hockey pants, or breezers, not shorts! No-one in or around hockey would call them shorts. Trust me. (In fact, Barry Melose corrected Dave Ryan on-air durring an ESPN-U NCAA Regional broadcast just last year after Dave called them "shorts." How embarrasing is that...) Honestly, I had the numbers on the Sleeves initially, but it looked too plain on the shoulders without a secondary logo to go there. I think I may do a Bruins and have the Shoulder logo and crest all be the same.We shall see.And I used pants the whole way through this thread, they aren't shorts. Maybe you could put Joe Gibbs's "R" logo or this one from '71-'72: on the shoulder instead.
