mustangdmg
What's wrong with the Marlins? They traded away their ace Beckett and announced they're thinking of moving, all in two days? No pun intended but ssomething fishy is going on. The Arizona High School Helmet Project

mustangdmg
Where else in South Florida? The only city I can think of big enough to support a pro franchise is Orlando. I'm sorry but I seriously doubt they'll stay in state. I have a feeling they'll end up in the Carolina-Charlotte region. Swiss
Anyone think there's a possibility of the Montreal Marlins? Would keep them in the NL East. One never knows Nah, when someone wants to move a team, also wants to earn more bucks.Montréal as MLB city is dead. So Loria should search a city with "wealthy" fans who can afford going often to the ballpark. tp49
MLB should find a way to take the franchise away from Loria and make sure he never is able to own an MLB franchise again.
DAJackson7
Vegas just dosn't have the built in fans to host a major league team, and who would go there and then say you know what sounds like a good idea, leaving my air conditioned free bar casino and sitting out in 105 degree heat all day. No one. Getting around there is bad enough already unless they put the stadium on the east or north end of the area. They seem to just be trying to hijack money from florida, but owners need to realise they run a buisness, a profitable one at that and the answer is to put money into your own team , and guess what you'll get a return on your investment if you have decent people in charge but Loria has shown he's only about money and is trying to position himself to get more now. I like my women like i like my coffee, tied up in a burlap sack and thrown over the back of a donkey.
Redlands, CA
Florida doesn't want baseball, MLB forced the Rays and Marlins on Florida. Move them to cities that want baseball. Louisville is a good AAA city.Loria doesn't want to lose money.
