JETS!!!basically, this was simple: an adaptation of their sleeve stripe to the body of the jersey. the tradeoff is that the sleeves are pretty plain, but them's the breaks.*edit: if the TV numbers read 80 instead of 51, you can sorta see I'd goofed. I corrected this right after I first posted it, so they should be 51 on the shoulders instead of 80*FIRE MILLEN! *clap clap clap-clap-clap* FIRE MILLEN! *clap clap clap-clap-clap*heh, I probably shoulda put Fire Millen on the back for laughs our aussies will probably compare this to the West Coast Eagles, and I don't deny that I sort of got the idea from them...but conveniently, the old-school Lions logo features a similar motif (lion in front of two stripes). Y'know, I really couldn't wrap my head around this on the template 'scrim uses for these, but seeing it all gussied up and 3d-ified, I have to say this is as close to perfect as I could ever imagine for a chargers Summer League Jersey. I would like to post it here, if you do't mind. I don't want to hijack the thrad or show you up (probably wouldn't) but would like to share it here as a possible Bears Summer League jersey. A shame I lost it, I haven't gotten around to recreating it and likely won't anytime soon. Discrim Posted March 7, 2006 Author Share Posted March 7, 2006 while I stand and admire the 3D versions, I foist some new stuff on ya...only one tonight: the BucsI wanted to put a small wave over the ship, but it looked like so I just left the ship as is. the "ripped" sleeves are a nod to the man, myth and legend Canis (back on the old fanhome boards he'd done this sublime Bucs concept with "tattered" sleeves) and then I went a step further with tattered pants, though now that I think about it the red socks sorta ruin that effect (I thought about putting the skull on the socks and the jersey number on the black part of the pants, but decided to go with what you see.
