jkrdevil
Versus, your home Canadian Sports. When will they pick up curling?Seriously though it's a good move. Anything that takes away the number of hunting shows they air.

njmeadowlanders
that wasn't 2 years ago....but on ESPN nonetheless.I meant ESPN2....years ago. NOT ESPN in 2006...But I didn't space it...so I can see the confusion...
Mac the Knife
It occurred to me last night as I was channel surfing that, alas, I don't have Versus. Guess it was part of the sports package I dumped when I scaled back in an effort to keep my DISH Network bill down a while back.Oh well, I've found another, online outlet for the game, so I'll be watching. Anything that takes away the number of hunting shows they air.Oh. You'll get hooked when they start showing Tournament of Hearts and the Brier. It's so true. I used to make fun of curling, like Americans do. Then you get stuck at home on a Friday afternoon looking for something to do before going out for a party, and the only thing on TV is Curling, so you watch it, and get hooked
Sodboy13
Damn curling. Most addictive part of Winter Olympics coverage.I was looking forward to pairing the Grey Cup with MLS Cup for a low-rated sports doubleheader on the 23rd, but after the Fire wet the bed in the 2nd half last night, looks like it'll just be crazy 3-down football for me.And what's this about Versus coverage sucking? Unless you're talking specifically about games called by Joe Beninati, in which case, I'm right there with ya. (Nah, just kidding.)I'll be watching the game and wearing my Als road jersey with Mike Pringle's name and number, since they will be wearing the road whites, I assume. Mac the Knife
I don't think anyone's mentioned it yet, but having seen it for the first time this week I have to say it: the conference (division) trophies in the CFL kick ass! A truly clever concept.

NorthStar74
I seriously hope the Calgary Stampeders can ruin the hated Montreal Alouettes' chance of winning the Grey Cup in the Als' own home place... I gonna be rooting for the Stamps to do it... normally I hate the Stamps along with the Eskimos and the Als but this time I gotta hope to hell the Stamps win...
