willieg21
Are the Raiders adding stripes to their Jersey sleeves in '04? Or are these fakes? Or is Reebok just taking liberties with replica alternate jerseys?http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...&category=24968
DEAD!
It's ebay, so it must be a fake I saw, I came, I left.
STL FANATIC
It looks very real in terms of how it's made, but I'm gonna have to say it's not. Those are basically 49ers stripes, and the Raiders wouldn't wanna do that. JUSTIN STRIEBEL | PORTFOLIO | RESUME | CONTACT
Discrim
i'd say it's a fake too, anyone recall the Brady 49er jersey? A strong mind gets high off success, a weak mind gets high off bull
Lee.
It might just be me, but there looks like there's piping around the numbers as well... Welcome to DrunjFlix
paynomind
Hell, they *should* add stripes. I'm as big a fan of simplicity and tradition as the next guy, but straight up boring is something else entirely. CDunn
I agree Paynomind. I was thinking 2 or 3 big thick sleeve stripes with #'s on shoulders.
IronChefShark
the Raiders and thier fans are from the bottom of the cesspool, but thier logos, colors, and jerseys should remain untouched.Ive said it before, its the best identity scheme in all of sports. It was cool back in 1967, its cool today, and its gonna be cool in 2025. Its the best example of how to be traditional yet modern. NJTank
I agree teh Raiders are near perfect perhaps the only thing I would change is make the facemasks black I think that would look cool. www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com
STL FANATIC
There are better ways to keep a look classic. I'd say two sleeve stripes would be nice. JUSTIN STRIEBEL | PORTFOLIO | RESUME | CONTACT
habsfan1
Those jerseys are sweet but they can't be next season's new look. They're only found on e-bay and no other logo site features these.
Discrim
It might just be me, but there looks like there's piping around the numbers as well... yep, the numbers are that way on the real roads too: black outlined in silver. for obvious reasons the silver is kinda hard to see. I don't understand why they bother with the outline. If they have to have that outline there, they should put a white outline on the numbers on the black jersey. It'd show up just the same as the silver on the white jerseys, AND it'd be more consistent. JUSTIN STRIEBEL | PORTFOLIO | RESUME | CONTACT

rockchalk
I'd have to agree with Shark on this one. While the Raiders may come from the deepest darkest depths, they come up looking awfully good. Those unis have always been cool and they will always be cool. I've decided to give up hope for all sports teams I follow
