And it looks like they got the shoulder logo patches IE Steelers. My mom told me how her doctor said that and I was definitely a little skeptical after hearing it. I didn't really think there was any way it could be true and of course it turns out it isn't. I suppose I'm glad I at least have an explanation for that wild rumor now, though.And just in case anyone happened to be wondering, Tim Bulman is the son of my mom's doctor. The league started allowing teams to attatch sponsor logos to practice jerseys this year and a number of teams are taking advantage of it. I'm leaning towards Fat Dog Productions for the Texans.The adult film company was called "Zero Tolerance" and the Texans immediatly rejected their offer to become a sponsor. It's goofy to put your helmet logo there. As an example, I was never a fan of the Saints' "state" logo but felt it was a fine addition to their 2006 unis.Of course, the small fdl on it makes SEVEN fdls on this uni. Good grief. Quillz Posted June 29, 2009 Share Posted June 29, 2009 The whole "shoulder patch" reminds me of soccer uniforms where the central (and largest) portion of the jersey is covered by an ad, while the actual logo takes up space on the shoulder.The Sparks of the WNBA have started to do this, as well.
