rams80
This is why certain sports should not be live blogged.I disagree. That made for great reading. It was good reading, but is driving people to madness really worth it? RedRenesis
This morning I heard that both players were supposed to play doubles today. And that the winner was scheduled to play his second round game today. Obviously that's not going to happen, but nevertheless, I think Isner's going to need to hibernate after his tourney ends.Isner's doubles match got postponed, Mahut's didnt. Jigga
Predictably, John Isner lost his 2nd round match to Thiemo De Bakker 6-0, 6-3, 6-2 in a tidy 1:14 (including getting "shutout" in a 16 minute first set). After setting a record for aces in a single match, Isner didn't serve a single ace vs De Bakker. On January 16, 2013 at 3:49 PM, NJTank said: Btw this is old hat for Notre Dame. The_Admiral
I didn't even think he'd win five games. I had him down for two at best. ♫ oh yeah, board goes on, long after the thrill of postin' is gone ♫

They didn't set that up? Either way, I'll be watching. I kind of hope Mahut wins this time....

Just no.I read that the odds of this were 1/143 that they'd be drawn against each other. Also, I'd like to say that on my tour of Wimbledon, we visited Court 18, and my goodness is it a really nice setting. That's because certain seeded players can't play one another in the first round, thus eliminating many of the possible matchups. I saw, I came, I left.
