This one's a bit of a different one, as it is an athlete before he became famous in another profession.

Check out #7 for UCLA in this picture. Any fellow NCIS fans out there (hint hint!) will get a kick out of this:

Story B: Red Wings go undefeated and score 100 goals in every game. They also beat a team comprised of Godzilla, the ghost of Abraham Lincoln, 2 Power Rangers and Betty White. Oh, and they played in the middle of Iraq on a military base. In the sand. With no ice. Santa gave them special sand-skates that allowed them to play in shorts and t-shirts in 115 degree weather. Jesus, Zeus and Buddha watched from the sidelines and ate cotton candy.

Yessir, it is! I don't know why the picture isn't showing up now, but that's him as a Bruins quarterback sometime around 1973-1974. I was going to use a picture of him in uniform standing with his dad, but I was afraid his dad would give it away (former Heisman Trophy winner Tom Harmon).

Alright, here's another. Pay no attention to the picture on the left at all, but on the football team picture on the right, #12 is a young Harmon Killebrew, at the time an all-state quarterback for the Payette High School Pirates in Payette, Idaho:
