A's look great too...obviously wouldn't advocate it full time like I do the Sox, but still a great look. The opinions I express are mine, and mine only. winghaz Posted June 9, 2012 Share Posted June 9, 2012 I really like the A's throwbacks. Fantastic look. I really like the navy blue that's used -- almost a purpleish blue. Kind of looks like the Tampa Bay Rays' blue.I'd kind of like to see the A's also use other throwbacks -- from the mid-1950s with script Athletics in red, the early 1960s when they had the navy blue with sleeveless jerseys, and, of course, the all gold sleveless jerseys.
