  1. I have an authentic Starter Bledsoe jersey and the big logos are probably my favorite part. The number font kinda sucked but Starter used it fir the Carolina Hurricanes too (it wasn’t great for the Pats if you notice how old replica jerseys, video games, and now M&N jerseys never use the font correct font, save for the 1’s), the different mesh stripes were unneeded (Starter did it because solely because they could, and did it with Virginia Tech’s unis too in the 90s). The big logos were a product of the 90s (see: Cowboys 1994 unis) but really, the big Pats logo wasn’t much different than the Chargers lightning stripes.
  2. This jersey looked great in person...pictures don't do it justice. So the colors would work. With that said, copper is needed for Utah.
  3. Or just go back to these as the throwback . @LightsOut always thought these were great, and I thought the red numbers were a bad choice, but on an HDTV the red numbers would work pretty well. The Pro Bowl jersey that the AFC wore (specifically the Pats) definitely seemed to tie in to this, making it look nostalgically charming.
  4. The WV-state helmet decal looks to be tiny, which is awful 99% of the time. Should be 10-20% bigger.
  5. Everyone was probably going to lose to the Bears in the SB that year. It was 37 years ago…time heals all wounds.
  6. The decal shouldn't mirror/flip; the logo should be the same on both sides of the helmet (the right hand is always snapping)
  7. Did they start using the Nuggets wordmark font (I’m sure there’s a name for it) before the Nuggets or after?
  8. I think that's a great upgrade for the Wildcats. The purple/black/purple and purple/purple/white look great.
  9. It’s not bad…but it sure seems like the athletics department pays people to promote :censored: like this with “heeeeaattttttttt” comments in the replies. Blue helmets and yellow pants are still the best choices for West Virginia no matter what.
  10. I’m kinda hoping for a black Panthers helmet with a Seahawks-like stripe down the middle filled with mini Panthers logos.
  11. That's a font Fanatics uses for a lot of shirts.
  12. A black, purple, and white set would have strong Sacramento Kings vibes, IMO.
  13. Neither of those are championships though.
  14. I think the biggest question is why does the Rams hat say LAC...
  15. I'll laugh if LockerVision shows the Jazz wearing the classics 60-70 times. The purple/black/silver gradient jersey looks interesting but it really needs copper and teal.
  16. I wouldn't say large gap. Wordmarks usually end up on helmets (front and rear bumpers) and then they're incredibly important for end zones (especially for the Super Bowl), though 30-40 years ago it really wasn't the case - a number of teams had end zones that had nothing to do with their wordmarks.
  17. It still looks like the helmet decals and "stripe" use the lighter gold, which will continue to mismatch with the dark gold of the jersey/pants. Maybe I'm wrong. But yeah...this helmet doesn't pair well with the throwback look. ________________________ That new Eagles wordmark is hideous.
  18. All-Star logo is phenomenal. NHL Draft hats posted on Fanatics: https://www.fanatics.com/?pageSize=72&sortOption=NewestArrivals&query=nhl draft hat Solid design. Ducks still have webbed D as the logo, despite Twitter rumors posted here weeks ago that they’re going back to Mighty Ducks logo. Edmonton hat not shown yet.
  19. My assumption about Kraft is that he has a soft spot for the red unis and Pat because he was a season ticket holder for so long before he bought the team. I'm still holding out hope that they wear a 1993, 1994, or 1995-1999 throwback in the next 20 years.
  20. I'm not sure Nike is concerned if Under Armour is upset about something. The player has to wear the Nike/Jordan jersey regardless of the athlete's shoe endorsement; Nike pays the league and all the players a lot of money to have players wear team gear. If I'm Nike, I'd be saying "If Under Armour is upset about a swoosh next to a name, they should have bid more for the league wide contract"
  21. The red jerseys will be worn. Since these official jerseys are for sale, it appears they are in the style guide, which is why they'll be ready for 2022: https://proshop.patriots.com/mens-nike-mac-jones-red-new-england-patriots-alternate-game-jersey/p-15829421975327+z-9809-3419585854 The last time the Patriots wore white helmets (2010-11):
  22. The Broncos wore orange helmets in the 60s. But 60s helmets wouldn't pair well with the 70s-90s style CR unis.
  23. Lol the uniforms that haven’t been announced are probably untrue. This dude lies about everything.
  24. "The mods can't ban me if I'm including already verified information with a bunch of BS speculation that I just made up!!!!!" I thought you said Russell Wilson wanted the team to wear the navy jerseys more? Now it’s only because of orange CR uniforms? What does a new/old orange helmet look like…why would they not stick with the navy helmets that go better with the orange CR jerseys? The max number of games for all alt jerseys is three or four…even if it’s four, how would wearing orange and navy alts outnumber the times the Broncos wear primary home? You say the Broncos will wear all navy...but this tweet from the Broncos implies they'll be wearing navy over white pants at least one time. It literally wouldn't make sense for them to wear all navy for this game (Elway wasn't a fan of the all-navy). The Bears are going to have a new orange alternate to replace their old orange alternate? The Bears’ orange alternate jerseys came back in 2018…so they haven’t been around five seasons. The Falcons are going to wear the red helmet for four games?? I mean, they're only planning on wearing the throwback for one game...why wouldn't they announce the other red helmet design at the same time as the throwback?
  25. Was watching old NFL highlights…with the Browns bringing back good sleeve stripes and the 49ers adding sleeve stripes, I think I’d really enjoy it if the Packers went back to the full five stripes (or nine depending on counting method).
