I'm not sure I understand the "Desperados is a ripoff but the Roughnecks is a sweet homage" argument. There's nothing great nor beautiful about the LA logo. Doesn't reflect the city or the team nickname.

It's almost as if John Facenda came back to life just to write those descriptions. All of the logos look like Create a Team. The Dragons one might be the best...but it's a low bar.

Kind of hoping for St. Louis GOATzz, to be honest. Three birds, one stone.

San Francisco had strong support in 2001 - the Demons led the league in attendance with an average of over 35,000 fans. Presumably some of that can be attributed to a brand new stadium and non-Candlestick weather.

It would have been cool if the Bears went with 80s endzones this year ("Chicago", w/ lower case).

A lot of logos from the 2018 Winter Classic have not been posted. Pretty sure all the spouses and kids would stay in Tampa if they live there at all. It's not unusual for players to maintain primary residences far away from the city they play in.

I see a possible lawsuit coming from the Gators about that F.

The numbers are outlined in silver. The dot in the in the middle of the C was changed to black probably to make it look puckish.

That helmet is for the spring game only. Though it is awesome. The M-Paw logo has been around for a while. Better helmet logo than the oval.

The Virginia V is a throwback/alternate logo as well. And I just clicked on the link, and both Syracuse and Virginia logos have been updated to the modern versions. That Nike header is a mess though. Starting with the Purdue logo, none of the links correlate with the teams.

I don't think the Angel Stadium site is large enough for a third Disney park. Yes there's a crapload of parking spaces, but Disney would need to save them for its own parking. The stadium footprint would be good enough for maybe three or four rides, plus all the shops, restaurants, hotels, and other crap that a Disney park regularly has. Plus, with the site on the other side of I-5 and not adjacent to Disneyland, it'd be pretty awkward,

That location in Long Beach is pretty stunning, and that area probably could support a team...but I don't think the Dodgers would let the Angels move there. That location is also far worse than the current stadium for traffic congestion. Ultimately, I'm guessing the Angels do huge upgrades to Angel Stadium.
