NewYawkSeahawk
Obviously... I am sticking with the same base template...There is alot to say for consistency and uniformity.... at least for me...No surprise I did the NFC West first... I would like to have the entire league done by week's end... I am not a big fan of pimping out a car with over excessive sponsor decals.

FiddySicks
are you gonna make the NFC south at any point?
lucky
I'm guessing he's going to try and do them all by week's end.
Frenchie
My favourite is the 49ers here. You should start experimenting with differnt striping schemes and logo positioning; unless you are going "standardized" look.As for the "pimping", I think ground effects, spoilers, neon lights on an Import is PIMPING.Sponsorship on a NASCAR ride is waht makes it realistic, they're the ones who keep the cars on the track. (just my opinion...)

(just my opinion...) yeah.... for the NFL... I want to keep all the cars standardized with their base paints....I am going to put the logos on them from their stadium corporate sponsors... but for me... at least with the NFL series I am working on... I want it to be as clean as possible without a million and one Blockbuster, AOL , Pizza Hut stickers...
yankeeman161
BEAUTIFUL! JUST BEAUTIFUL! THESE CARS LOOK GOOD ENOUGH TO RACE FOR REAL. THERE SHOULD BE A CONTEST TO SEE IF THIS COULD BE APPLIED TO ALL LEAGUES (MLB, NHL, NBA, AFL, MLS, ETC). MAYBE ONE WILL GET PICKED UP BY A REAL NASCAR TEAM. dfwabel
Now remember, when you do the livery for the Lions, block out all Chevy logos, or change it to "Blue Oval".
Grandmaster C
I love the Niners one (naturally) but it'd be perfect if the logo on the hood was straight. That is all. Keep up the good work.
Saintsfan
Somehow I reckkon the 49ers onew needs more red in it, but other than that great job NYSH

nitroseed
As for the "pimping", I think ground effects, spoilers, neon lights on an Import is PIMPING. Conversely, over-applying corporate sponsorship logos is called WHORING, I believe.
slapshot
Not bad. Actually, pretty clean designs, considering the NASCAR cars look like bulletin boards with all the sponsors' logos. I think of the Niners in red, not gold though. The gold makes me think of the Saints more than San Francisco.
NewYawkSeahawk
For all the hood logos, I rotated them all consistently to the bottom right corner... thus the 49er's one.As far as the gold colored car vs. red.....The one thing I have always liked about the 49ers is the way their Helmets just shine...... so thats why I chose gold as the primary...For Saints... I am probably gonna go with primary black and gold striping....I am gonna do a 1st series of consistent paint schemes across the boards... then maybe try my hand at customizing alternatives for each team....For example... doing a Bengals one with a similar scheme as the Kellogs #5 car that has the Tony the Tiger stripes... MC Buffalo
Keep in mind Green is considered back luck in Nascar, few teams or drivers will drive a primarily green car. So when you get to Jets, Eagles etc. make sure you use one of their accent colors for the car itself.
pollux
I really like the Arizona star at the back of the car... That's a nice touch!Nice work on all of them. Can't wait to see the whole league done!

MC Buffalo
Honestly, I don't know where the legend or superstition began, but it's just part of Nascar folklore now. Actually it's not just Nascar, it's all racing. They even brought it up this weekend during the broadcast of the 24 hours of Daytona. One of the guys driving one of the Daytona Protocal cars was wearing a green drivind suit and when they interviewed him they asked if he was scared something might go wrong since he was wearing green..... boardname
Those are bad-ass... very nice.I wonder why an NFL team hasn't tried this. I imagine there's millions of people who like both NASCAR and football; wouldnt that be great promotion to a core democraphic?
