Arizona Cardinals concept

This is my concept for the Arizona Cardinals. I got my inspiration from their state flag, obviously.

I'm torn on the red helmet. Otherwise, I really like these.

One thought -- how do you think it might look if the bottom "ray" on each sleeve was yellow to really tie in to the state flag design? I'm not sure it will work since the only other yellow in the design is on the bird's beak, but it might be worth playing around with.

This is probably the best Arizona Cardinals concept I've seen.

I'm really not a fan of the short stripe on the pants, but hey, it's your concept.

Wow, these look good. I like that you didn't resort to the colors of the flag, you just used the stripe idea. I don't like the black alt much, or the red helmet. I think the white bucket would look good with these, and some red pants would look good. Maybe you're not into the monochrome, but I think it looks good for the Cards.

I think it needs a little bit of yellow. Right now it looks better suited for the Tokyo Cardinals, but this is still a great package.

beatnik, you never cease to amaze me. Your Creativity is leaps and bounds ahead of almost everyone on this board. Some of these Ideas you come up with would sound absolutely horrible to me if someone was telling it to me, but you really make a difficult and complex look that would be sooooo easy to fluff up, and make it look absolutelty incredible. Awesome work, on all of your designs

this is a great concept, beatnik. the only thing that slightly bothers me is whether black or yellow is your second color besides red. otherwise, great incorporation of the state flag... there have been soooo many failures at that.

I love this. In my mind, it's a clear improvement over what they have. I think this works with the red helmet, and could also work with the traditional white. Great job.

The inclusion of yellow in the second update makes me think of the Chiefs. I think the perfect set would be the first set, except with white helmets and the alternate thrown out the window. With uniforms as sweet as those, they wouldn't need an alt.

I'd buy one of those. Looks really sweet. It's different, and that's what makes it good.

If I had to make a criticism, I'd say too much yellow in the update...I think red/black says Arizona Cardinals to me more than red/yellow.

Another thing that sort of bugs me with the yellow is the visibility...it's used as an accent color on all three jerseys, which is a good idea in terms of symmetry, but it stands out much more against the black than against the red or the white....it kind of makes the alt look out of place.

But 10/10 either way.

I am in love, great work Beatnik. However, I disagree with what some of the others said and would have kept the red helmet, maybe with a double white stripe and yellow centre stripe and yellow facemask. I know that might sound a little over the top, but it would fit with wild nature of the rest of the jersey.

Not to hijack a topic, but I really love your designs and I'd be curious to see what you can do for a Bills concept.
