i must get ports jumper and add it to my jumper collection (all of them are kangaroos jumpers)

They ain't selling them commercially, so unless you have 3 grand to bid on a game worn jumper I don't like your chances.

Do you mean the Planet Teal one they wore last week, or the Heritage jumper?

Because I am pretty sure the Heritage jumper will be on sale a week or two before the Round.

As for the Home jumper, he could order that online, so you're not talking about that one.

I know your the man that knows all so I will take your word for most things, but the Collingwood website had it in their press release that Port won't sell it commercially. Now I know Collingwood don't run the AFL (some might doubt this) but why would they post this on their website.

I really hope I can buy one, if not I will have to wear my Port Adelaide Magpies prisonbar jumper at the Dome in rnd 14 :D

I will speak to some people I know at the AFL Stores.

As of three weeks ago they were expecting to 1. have Port wearing them and 2. have them for sale.

They will be disappointed, as will the AFL if these don't get sold commercially, as they're probably going to be the biggerst selling jumper of all the Heritage varities in the 5 seasons they've done them.

I read the Press Release, and it would appear to be a part of the deal they signed.

Might well not be selling them.

Shame is, I think they've already started making them.

Oh, and I've got a site.

Just a couple of things...

Firstly I was at the AFL store the other day and I noticed they had the new WCE jumper with the logo head on the jumper, but on the cuffs they had the yellow band in the middle of the blue much like how the collar is. Now I thought the new WC jumper had just solid blue cuffs.

Second thing is the Reebok jumper bugs me. The cuffs arent like our old nike ones used to be, they seem very thin and the arm holes seem to be bigger, it makes it all look very sloppy.

The collar is all drooped a the back.

The nike design used to have a black side bit which separated the white number panel and the white diamonds, but now with reebok it doesn't have that and the white panel just seems to merge into the white diamonds, which I find to look unprofessional.

As far as I am aware, the solid blue cuffs have only ever been seen on-field. Every home jumper available for purchase by the public has always had the gold band in the cuffs, and in fact has always been pictured and promoted as such.

I suspect it's a deliberate effort to differentiate genuine game day jumpers from the rest.

This popped up on the Adelaide board over at Bigfooty, apparently from an Adidas catalog. Love the idea of the crows having a yellow clash but hate the fact that the back is red with those stupid side stripes, does Adidas try and ruin everything they get their hands on these days?

That is just like one of their old pre-season jumpers from about 1996 I think.

So it's a Yellow version of a jumper from their past.

If only there was a round where they could wear old jumpers...

No. I don't think it's their Heritage jumper.

Those side panels are the bane of Adelaide's look.

So I'm not alone in hating those side stripes. Did no one chime in to say "uh, do we need side stripes when we already have hoops?"

Found this on ebay. From the same guy that is (still) trying to sell a Melbourne jumper with navy armholes and neckhole. It's going for $25.

I can't wait to get this job on Tuesday, and can't wait for pay day.... i'll have money to buy things. But not this fake Saints jumper.

How does this crap get in this thread?

what happen someone posted porn again.

anyway rob, do you have pics of the heritage round jumpers.

Yes they did, and apart from the ones I've already done the graphics for, no more have been released.

Sounds like Heritage Round will be a bit of a non-event, with up to 7 of the 16 teams wearing their regular design.

Oh, and I've got a site.
