huggermugger
I was wondering how many in this community were working designers or people who make a living doing design. There's nothing wrong with liking logos and having opinions, I was just wondering how many designers were lurking here and what have they created. I will be posting a new AHL logo that debuts next weekend and I wanted to see if the people who designed the logos we all love are actually amongst us. CC97
There's actually a lot of guys on here who have made some very famous logos... if they want it to be known, they can post in this thread --- Chris Creamer Founder/Editor, SportsLogos.Net "The Mothership" • News • Facebook • X/Twitter • Instagram

I wish they would. I've been holding this logo for 3 months, and it's a drag that you want to leak your own work and you can't.
RedEye
Which AHL team is rebranding themselves? Or is this logo an event / collateral type?
Alphabet Man
There's actually a lot of guys on here who have made some very famous logos... if they want it to be known, they can post in this thread That would be amazing if they did! I wish they would. I've been holding this logo for 3 months, and it's a drag that you want to leak your own work and you can't.I know how you feel in that regard. The second half of 2006 I was working on Melbourne Ice's new uniforms, and really really want to show everyone, but I can't. I will post them eventually, but of pictures of me wearing them. It's really an exciting thing (well for me it was anyway, I considered it my first step of many to come hopefully). If you go to my gallery at http://www.gazzzaf.com if you sign up and log in, go to Gallery > Matthew Morris Designs > Melbourne Ice Exclusives you can see the designs that didn't make the cut. Heh, my year 12 VCAD folio is Melbourne Ice jerseys. twitter.com/thebrainofMatt
ebod39
I am a working graphic designer in the retail apparel industry. I currently work for Target, where I design Mossimo Mens product. I worked for Nike Team Sports from 95-99 where I worked on NHL, NFL and IIHF product. My biggest claim to fame is having designed all of the hockey uniforms for the 1998 Nagano Olympics. Aside from that I've dabbled in freelance work here and there, most recently having worked on concepts for the Sabres redesign for RBK. ( I had nothing to do with the slug )

Fred T. Jane
But we still love him Hey man, that Slovak uniform was classy, as all Slovak jerseys are. [Croatia National Team Manager Slavan] Bilic then went on to explain how Croatia's success can partially be put down to his progressive man-management techniques. "Sometimes I lie in the bed with my players. I go to the room of Vedran Corluka and Luka Modric when I see they have a problem and I lie in bed with them and we talk for 10 minutes." Maybe Capello could try getting through to his players this way too? Although how far he'd get with Joe Cole jumping up and down on the mattress and Rooney demanding to be read his favourite page from The Very Hungry Caterpillar is open to question. --The Guardian's Fiver, 08 September 2008 Attention: In order to obtain maximum enjoyment from your stay at the CCSLC, the reader is advised that the above post may contain large amounts of sarcasm, dry humour, or statements which should not be taken in any true sort of seriousness.
