41. The guy with his name personalized on the back of his jersey

42. The guy wearing a jersey of a average player who used to play on the team(ex. An Eagles fan wearing a Takeo Spikes jersey)

43. The people who wear the jersey t-shirts.

I'm guilty of the last two...I completely agree on the first, though. I really like player tees. It's cheaper than buying a jersey of every player you like, and it's another t-shirt I can wear around the house. I don't wear jerseys often unless I'm actually going to a game. As for the mediocre player jersey, that's generally the route I go when jersey shopping. I like trying to find random jerseys that basically nobody else would have. Takeo Spikes is a bit of a stretch, since he was only there for, what, a year? Come to think of it, I just have random old jerseys, most of which are at least somewhat notable players....I do, however, have an authentic Kevin Jones Lions jersey. I thought they'd keep him.

The t-shirt jerseys in my opinion are acceptable if :

A) You are a child

B) You are tight on funds so you cannot afford a jersey

That's me :P

Hmm... I have an authentic Phillies jersey, and a replica, yet I only actually wear the Ts. I just don't like wearing jerseys.

What pisses me off more than anything?

1. Rangers Fans who still yell "Potvin Sucks!" even though the guy yelling it is 17 doesn't even know who Potvin is, or why he "sucks"

2. Rangers fans chanting "we want fishsticks"

3. Parents who don't keep an eye on there children at sporting events basically letting them run around like little :censored:in' terrorists. I had a run in tonight with a parent who couldn't control his kid at the Islanders/Senators game..

47. Fans who don't cheer all game, but when someone else cheers or gets up from their seats they go to the usher and tries to get the person cheering kicked out of the stadium

I've had friends who were kicked out of Diamondback games because of these pompous asses

48. People who wear Walmart Jerseys and are proud to wear them because they think they are authentics

Hate to break it to you but the Walmart Jerseys are worse than replicas

forgot one

BANDWAGON FANS!

fans that root for teams, even thought them, or a relitives not from there

i get called a bandwagoner when i wear rays gear, from yankees ad sox fans

i debate baseball with this one kid at my school

he loves the yankees, and chargers

but he was born in oklahoma

him: bandwagon

me: o yeah, why do you like the yankees

him: i like them since i was four!

and when they mention how the rays sucked for 10 years

i get them back

yankees didn't win their first world dseries for 20 years

sox had that 86 year drought

no excuse

be a fan of your home team!

He may have been raised differently. He could have been someone who wanted to root for the Yankees and Chargers without being a bandwagoner. How do you know if he's a bandwagoner? He probably didn't have a team to root for in Oklahoma so he has to choose what team he really likes. It doesn't matter where you or a loved one is from. When you are from a place that doesn't have pro teams, you have no choice but to pick one that you think is best

Not everyone can afford the $60 or so for the jerseys, and the $20 are all they can buy. They're technically not knockoffs. They are all licensed by the major leagues. They're just unbranded, and might be made a little cheaper.

Most of these people couldn't care less about the authenticity of their gear - they're just trying to support their team, and if they're supporting your team, then you're kind of on the same team.

50. (At U of Wisc Games). Fans wearing packer gear. I know that's the #1 team, but not who you're here to see.

51. Fans who whine at on-campus games because there are no beer sales.

52. Fans who leave early, regardless of how good the game is, because they want to beat traffic.

53. Fans that act completely offended at the presence of visiting fans.

54. Fans that do not have the courtesy to come/go during play stoppages.

I understand that not everyone can afford the authentics, it's not that, but the people who wear them and they don't take them off until it starts to stink only because they think it's the authentic gold standard jersey, i've seen a few people who have done this. This annoys me to no end. I've also seen people wear the Walmart jerseys like it's no big deal and i'm cool with it, it's the top part of my arguement I can't stand

I was at a WCHA Final Five game at the Xcel Energy Center, and the Gophers were playing like North Dakota or Colorado College or something like that, and the refs made a bull- :censored: call against the Gophers for which they called embellishment. The guy sitting in front of me started yelling "EMBELLISHMENT?!?!?!", and the lady in front of him got up told the usher, and they were escorted out of the staduim. That pissed me off.

Going off this bandwagon business, living in Minnesota and liking the Colts, everyone thinks I am a bandwagon fan. The truth is, I started liking the Colts prior to the Peyton Manning era when I was little because they were blue. It's kind of embarrasing, but it's true. I actually like the Colts far more than the Vikings, and the Vikings were always good when I started really liking football in the late '90s.

The Walmart jerseys are much more respectable than the outright counterfeit jerseys.

I want to punch everyone I see wearing the fake Penguins blue jerseys. What better way to say "I didn't care about this team at all until they got good again and now I want a cheap way to prove what a fan I am". YOU don't know that Dick Tarnstrom once led the team in scoring. YOU weren't among the 11,000 people going to games. YOU were whining about the Steelers until TV told you about Sidney Crosby.

I disagree. An 80 dollar (or more) jersey is worthless the minute the guy moves to another team. In my closet right now are some really nice jerseys. Like my Ahman Green Packers jersey. Or my Kurt Warner Rams jersey. Or my Eddie George Titans jersey. (At least with George it's pretty much a throwback jersey now.) If it's my name on the back I am not stuck with a useless jersey that was good for a season. I wish we could just get nameless jerseys again. Until then, I guess if you ever run into me at a NY Rangers game you're going to be annoyed. My wonderful girlfriend bought me an authentic Rangers jersey with my number and name on the back. I wear it every time I go to a Rangers game. It's about 5 years old and still as relevant as they day I got it.

EDIT: How perfect. I just noticed that rule number 41 is in fact the number I have on the jersey that would annoy you. Sorry about that. :D
