I'd love to see someone lay ANY other authentic next to that jersey and compare. I bet its a good inch or two lower than the standard placement. Just looks weird. Done & Done. Just not happening. The closest they ever got was a Daniel Ewing-block away from the Western Conference Finals (which they would have inevitably lost.) I'm a huge Laker fan as well, and like you, I've always had a special spot for the Clippers. However, how can you not like these new uniforms? I think they're fantastic, especially when you compare them to the crap they use to wear. But, I do also agree that the script placement is far too low for my liking. It looks kind of awkward. There are really only 2 things I dislike about these: the notch in the collar & how low the neck logo is. Just looks like one of the unofficial warm up t-shirt logos they wear, or perhaps even a logo off an unlicensed Clippers tee that can be purchased at your local, Los Angeles-area Wal-Mart. I'm a Lakers fan and I love what the Jazz and Warriors have done in the off-season aesthetically. At least they don't have friggin MOUNTAINS on them!! ps) Anyone else agree with Bill Simmons that the Jazz and Hornets should swap names? Makes a helluva lot more sense than what they currently have.
